The view was beautiful. The location is convenient, however very busy. Rooms are large and clean.
Pros:

Facilities and room view was great! The Valet attendant was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing for a 5-star hotel and give me tummy issues each day.

Not bad, but there are surely better options...
Pros:

MRT Station, taxi stand and dining options in the premises. Iron and ironing board in room. Last minute room/floor request and late check-out request were both provided by receptionists! Really appreciate that! Most staff were friendly and approachable especially at concierge.

Cons:

Limited room service menu. Room didn't have a dining table fit for a family in a family room. Guests don't always eat out. Sometimes a quiet meal inside the accommodation is preferred. Room lighting was bad.

Pros:

寵物可以一同入住的友善非常加分

Cons:

冷氣開關如同虛設，即使溫度調整得再高，都越吹溫度越低、越來越冷…
廁所蓮蓬頭水壓有問題，導致水溫不太能控制好，洗澡過程不太舒服…
床頭鬧鐘設定早上6點不知道是什麼意思，除了嚇到以外，真的是讓凌晨4、5點"好不容易"才入睡的人，非常困擾！

以上其實在五星飯店遇到，有點失望…希望能改善，畢竟在南港三鐵共構的地方，有如南港門面的感覺。

寵物友善真的很棒，但多付的寵物款項，感覺是變相買了一堆飼主們根本不需要的寵物食品跟用品…
