Courtyard by Marriott Taipei's location is superb. With the MRT, high-speed & regular rail all in the same complex, it is one of the best hotel location in Taipei! The staff especially Zoe and Sean in the Executive Lounge are helpful and always eager to serve.

I started itching an hour after going to bed and found bed bugs in the room. I’ve attached the photos. There’s a cleanliness issue with this hotel and it smells really musty in the room like mildew and mold. As a Marriott platinum member, I would not stay here again.
位於百貨樓上，吃東西完全不用煩惱！交通位置超級方便，捷運高鐵火車都非常便利，下樓就可以搭捷運去玩耍，飯店的早餐也很好吃，員工也很親切
如果說需要改進的地方應該是希望每層樓有飲水機，房間可放置冷水壺讓房客去裝水，減少寶特瓶瓶裝水的使用，希望能為了環保盡一份力
Courtyard by Marriott Taipei has been my home away from home for several years! Its location is superb, facility is relatively well maintained; the staff is what sets it apart from other hotels. The staff’s attention to detail and eagerness to serve are amazing. it rained quite often during my last stay, guest service offered umbrella before I even knew it was raining. Housekeeping knew what coffee I like, restaurant staff always accommodating me with an easy access seating, club lounge added midday snacks which was a nice treat. I had a decent massage at its spa, adding a couple of body treatments maybe beneficial.
With onsite access to global mall which has at least 75 food outlet offerings, plus MRT, high-speed & regular rail all in the same complex, this is one of the best hotel location in Taipei!
Dear Hotel Team,
I truly appreciate the upgrade to a larger room and the inclusion of breakfast, even after I had cancelled my original corporate rate booking last minute & rebooked via 3rd party platform. This kind gesture meant a lot, especially as I was travelling with my elderly mother. The standing shower was also much more suitable and convenient for her compared to a bathtub.
Marriott has never disappointed me, whether in Los Angeles, Thailand, Taiwan or many other destinations.
I would also like to sincerely thank your Duty Manager on 14 May for assisting me in securing theatre tickets, which I had difficulty purchasing online from overseas. It was handled promptly with just a phone call and I am very grateful for the excellent service.
Overall, your customer service team including front desk to bell hop has been outstanding. I will definitely return with my family on our next trip.

位置不佳，窗戶對著山邊墓地，拿破崙的掛畫很陰暗很奇怪。低樓層，早上9點後會不時有嚇一跳的震動聲，離下方共構的月台太近。可能只住一晚消費不夠多，就都給這樣位置的房間。
服務人員很專業，很貼心，尤其是櫃檯小姊姊
價格雖然有降價了，但的對我來說還是太貴
