Pros:

地點很好，房間一樣很寬敞

Cons:

與期望有稍微不符，這是我再次入住酒店，
多年前入住的時候覺得服務品質很好，所以才會再次下訂。這次大約住了4天，但是電視網路不穩定，連YouTube 都跑不動，向櫃檯反應後，派來的人員說因為其他負責的人下班了無法處理，因此我的問題並沒有得到解決。一般房客會使用房內設備的時段都是在晚間，客觀來說應該要針對晚間高峰期的使用體驗做一些調整與改善。

Il mio soggiorno è stato favoloso
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. In particolare il personale estramamente gentile e disponibile. E' un hotel di classe, moderno e pulito. Sono stato benissimo e ci ritornei volentieri.

Very good location, very nice hotel, good facilities, staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast area is crowded. There is a long quege for breakfast every day. It shouldn't suppose to have this situation in the 5 stars hotel like this.

有機會會再入住
Pros:

1.床很好睡、棉被蓋起來很舒服
2.早餐很豐富、很多選擇
3.位置非常好，下樓就可以逛街

Cons:

1.check in 時不知道是不是遇到新進人員，花了約半小時，才處理完三間房⋯但我們其實早到，還沒有房間可以提供⋯
2.對一家五星飯店而言，吹風機的品質真的是有點令人失望，對長髮女性而言，風速太小，要吹好久才會乾

交通便利，員工笑容可掬
Pros:

1.員工都很有禮貌，尤其打掃阿姨笑容滿掬，退房要寄放行李，服務員笑容滿面輕聲細語地詢問何時取行李令人心情愉快！
2.地點真的很方便，購物逛街交通便利，下次參加南港展覽館展期可以再訂房入住！

Cons:

1.checkin時找訂單有點久，有點慌亂，後來是另一位先生來解決，可能SOP不太熟……
2.網速偏慢，國內外旅遊滿多次的，第一次遇到轉圈圈這麽久的……還是五星級飯店……
