Location is excellent. Aircon did not work properly.
Pros:

The location is great. Very close to the metro (Sungshin Women's Univ. Station), shops, and restaurants. There is a cafe (A Twosome Place) just on the ground floor of the hotel building where you can order drinks or light food. The bus stop is also a few mins walk (there is also one right outside the hotel entrance). It's convenient that there is a public washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Although there is only 2 of each, it's still better than nothing. The instructions on how to use the washing machine was not really clear. It took a while to figure it out because you see two different instructions. The signs suggest you to add soap yourself but then you would also see a sign that hints you do not need to add soap yourself as it is automatic. I think it's a good idea for them to update their washing instructions. The staff was friendly and can communicate well in English.

Cons:

The aircon did not work properly. We put it in the lowest temperature but still did not cool the room. It was terrible for a hot summer day in South Korea. It also seems like the aircon shuts off in the middle of the night which is the worst timing when you are already deep in sleep and wake up from the heat. The room also smelled funky especially when you first come in. I can imagine this is from all the people's sweat (considering their aircon is not working properly). The room is also carpeted. The pillow was uncomfortable for me. It was too high. My husband didn't have any issue at all though. Maybe because I am less than 150 cm tall?

Pros:

Very convenient with lots of public transportation options! Close to major destinations. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The spacious lobby area was an absolute plus for group travel. The staff members were very kind!

Location. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Train station nearby. University neighborhood meant lots of cheap places to eat. Olive young right across the street!

Cons:

Wish there were a little bit more basic amenities. They had coffee and green tea in the room, but we had to go down to the front desk to get plastic spoons. No coffee stirrers in the room either.

This is my second stay at this property and definitely will be coming back.
Pros:

Good location to subway and bus. Lots of great eateries in the area. It’s not in the overly touristy area so it’s also more comfortable in that regard.

Cons:

You can’t adjust the A/C in the rooms. I naturally run hot so it was a bit burdensome. Also the detergent that comes in the washer isn’t that good but I just went to a local laundromat with no issues.
