The staff. Lamont at the front desk is amazing and friendly. It is nice to stay at a hotel where staff take time to have a conversation and ensure your needs are met.

Very disappointing experience.
Within 30 minutes of checking into my room, I found bedbugs in the bedding — clearly visible and documented on video and photos. I reported it immediately and left the hotel that same night, driving hours home rather than staying any longer.
What’s most concerning is the response that followed. Despite being shown evidence at the front desk and having my own documentation, I was later told that a third-party inspection found no bedbugs or activity. That does not reflect what I experienced or what was documented in real time.
I understand that issues can happen in hospitality. However, being told that nothing was found after a documented experience like this raises serious concerns about how situations like this are identified and addressed.
For me, this goes beyond a single stay — it impacts my trust in how this property, and potentially others within the brand, handle issues that directly affect guest safety and peace of mind.
