Boa acústica dos quartos que ficam virado para o fundo.

Cadê da manhã bem básico.
Restaurante para o café da manhã muito pequeno, tendo que ficar aguardando liberar mesa, muita demora na reposição dos alimentos qd acabam e pouca variedade. Pelo preço da diária, deveria ser um café bem melhor e com mais variedade.
Cortinas do quarto já passaram da hora de trocar.

Localização boa, ao lado do shopping.

Cons:

1 - O quarto tinha um ar condicionado que não funcionava, ficamos morrendo de calor, mesmo pedindo 2 vezes para que consertem, não forneceram nem um vale ou desconto no pagamento, pois pagamos pelo quarto com AR.
2 - O banheiro e o piso do quarto estavam nojentos.
3 - A lixeira é anti-higiênica, deveria ser aberta ou com pedal.
4 - O café da manhã está cada vez menor, dificilmente repoem.
