Generally clean and tidy, but basic motel room. Best suited to someone needing a quick overnight
Pros:

The staff, especially Josie, were very friendly and helpful.
The location was close to the freeway, making it easy to travel where we needed to go.
The linen was clean and fresh.

Cons:

The room was generally clean and tidy, however there was quite a bit of dust behind the beds. There was also no curtain on the window, only a blind, which meant we couldn't let light in during the day.
It is also very close to the railway line and we could hear the train horns.
The facilities were very basic, with only a kettle in the room, no toaster or microwave to heat food.
Unfortunately on the day we arrived there was a plumbing issue and the hot water was only luke warm, and the next day there was no water at all. However, once it was fixed the water was nice and hot.

Accommodation was good. Was let down by kitchen/restaurant not being available. No real alternative.

Unfortunately myself and partner had an argument while there from around 6 to 7. And either or would yell but not entire time. Anyway as I know this is disrespectful to other guests I left just so things could settle. When I got back it was just myself. So no noise after 9.30. Anyway in the morning I called front desk to be told I'm black listed police called and keeping bond? There was absolutely NO damage to room as it was verbal arguments, I felt so bad for others but I don't think I should be black listed as Im always respectful of others and property. Unfortunately this one time there was yelling. I also made sure to defuse the situation by going out for a while, AND the FACT IT WAS QUIET BY 7.30PM the arguments were not at 3AM or anything. And why was police called. NOBODY from night cap came to the room to check before calling and actually NO one came at all. So obviously not so bad if not one person or police knocked on door. But like I said I left so it didn't disturb others. And I'm TRUELY SORRY but sometimes things happen. BOND is only for damage to property NO ONE can keep bond if room was left how it was found. I'm actually shocked by booking. Com for advising to keep bond that's a joke and the fact NO ONE contacted me or knocked while there was noise. NOT EVEN 1 warning given. Like I said I didn't find out any of this until checkout.

Pros:

Was easy to have a nice meal at a good price.

Cons:

The water in the shower was barely Luke warm at best and the water pressure was non existent.

Otherwise was a decent stay for us.

Pros:

Room itself was good, location is nice, ample space for parking, staff was helpful, had all amenities in room and everything was working, great value for money we paid.

Cons:

Noisy people right next to our room, was not able to sleep because of them till 12, but it is not in hands of hotel so no negative remarks for them

The heater is about the only thing we liked

Cons:

1. No allocated parking so if you're in room 3 u may still be walking with ALLLLL of your belonging a far way to your room. The 3rd bed wasn't set up. There was no ash tray outside the 3 beds in the bedroom constantly rolled around every time you moved in bed. You couldn't find the reception as it's inside of the bar/bistro area.
