Hotel food was good
The restaurant had great food, short wait time and lovely staff. We recieved a discount on meals because we were guests in accomadation and 2 free drinks voucher. The room was comfortable. Close to train station. Reasonable uber price to airport.
Stair case a little narrow for carting luggage up but not a deal breaker 😉
The staff was nice, and the room was clean, as it was cleaned daily. The water tap at the sink was loose and we notified the staff and they fixed it immediately.
The mugs for tea and coffee were not cleaned properly and there was a lot of cracks inside the mugs. The beds were quite old, they felt like sleeping on water beds. We were given free breakfast packs and the cleaners took all of them the next day. Finally, the door did not shut properly, we had to slam it hard every time we close it.
Lovely apartment like room - room with double & 2 single beds, lovely bathroom, small seating area, fridge & kettle. Perfect location for visiting family in Deer Park. Easy parking. The pub area is great.

Price and location to my reason for travel
Room was a mess on arrival, food was average from Hotel. Hotel restaurant smelled awful, too much reliance on machines and smoking

yes very clean, comfortable all the. staff are friendly n helpful except for one grumpy bird. I didn't checkout on time, I wanted to extend my stay. as I did the previous day. but she said no. the room wasn't even booked for a stay at 11am as she said she black listed me without warning. the room was left tidier than when I got there. I even vacuumed the room myself. Ive never had any complaints anywhere. they told me I'm black listed when I tried to book another room because I accidentally booked and paid for a room on the wrong day. so I said don't worry I will just book another room for tonight because the room I paid for is non-refundable if I change dates. that's how I found out she blacklisted me. oh how embarrassing is that. even her pleasant staff were shocked that I black listed . unbelievable. and she still hasn't returned my money cos I couldn't stay there . very upset n disappointed in her actions. but other than that for it's a lovely place to stay.
