Lovely staff, convenient Motel.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional.
The meals were delicious in the bistro.
Convenient parking, huge rooms.

Cons:

Advertising about being a hotel I didn't think it would be a motel as I'm not from the area. (My fault) Unfortunately I thought it would be situated above the pub like other nightcaps that I have stayed with previously that require all people to fob in to be near the rooms.

I did feel a little unsafe, the door was a bit suss in terms of feeling like it is 100% locked and secure.
There was a substantial amount of hair in the shower drain.

But overall, I would stay again, thank you.

She was so wonderful I think she was the assistant manager she was so wonderful to me, she was amazing!! Literally!!

Great location, clean, quiet, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is fantastic for our business needs.
Off the major highways, so it's pretty quiet. You get a decent, uninterrupted sleep.

Cons:

A toaster would be nice, but I think there's concerns with the fire alarms, which is understandable.
Some photo's show a microwave, but our room didn't have one.

I wanted to extend my stay for few more days. Process at the point(hotel)was shit. Staff told me that there are no beds available. However, I rebookd it through booking .com to my surprise THE ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE. I had to check out and check in again. And I was forced to look for other options around from my busy schedule. There seems to be a glitch in the system needs to be rectified or the staff are stupid—in both ways it’s a loss to business.
Put some charging ports around the beds and place a microwave in the room.
