Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Irene, who went above and beyond to make my room change smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and offered excellent value for the money.

This was the worst place I've stayed in all of my rents in all of Vietnam. Nothing like the pictures. Completely run down. Everything was filthy. The bathroom floors clearly hadn't been mopped and looked like they had pee drops around the toilet. The tub was dirty. The bed was like sleeping on the floor and the final straw for me was when I climbed into the rock like bed, the linens smelled so strong of perfume it gave me an instant headache and made my body itch. I had to get back up and find another place to stay. It was late and I hated to do it but I could not sleep in that. Save yourself and stay somewhere else. The place I moved like 3 doors down on the corner was clean, confy, and cheaper.

Location was good.

Cons:

Bathroom had a curtain which was ready to be put in the bin, shower in the bath, its so high that it was hard to lift leg over. The room smelt like cigarette. The glass water bottles lid looked like needed to be cleaned. No provision for coffee or tea left.
Staff were unable to provide a map of area and very little information of places to visit.
