Overall bad experience, except one of the reception staff on night duty, and the restaurant staff.

Conveniently located.

Cons:

Floors and ceiling are dated. The floors were sticky from improper cleaning. The bathroom was dirty. The WiFi was so poor and in spite of texting the property, no one responded. We stayed for 2 nights, including breakfast. But on first day, there was no buffet although we were told there would be buffet breakfast from 7.30 to 10 AM.

اختيار غير موفق والموظف غير واضح ودقيق في اجراءاته

تم الحجز واثناء الدخول للغرفه تبين ان الاثاث قديم والممرات متسخه ورائحه المكان غير جيده وطلبت من موظف الاستقبال ايجاد حل لي واخبرني بأمكاني الغاء الحجز واسترجاع المبلغ وطلب مني رقم الايبان الدولي البنكي وارساله على رقم هاتفه الواتس اب واخبرني انه خلال يومين عمل سيصلني فاتوره الاسترجاع للمبلغ والي الان لم يصلني اي اشعار رغم اتصالي به دون رد

الموقع جداً ممتاز من الخدمات العامة

Cons:

عدم توفير مناشف إلا في آخر يوم ، لم يقم عمال النظافة بتنظيف الغرفة في اليوم الثاني رغم طلبنا منهم ، أي شيء إضافي بمقابل (المفارش والبطانيات) رغم انها مجانية في جميع الفنادق

الأثاث قديم جدا المواصير قديمه تنسد بمجرد الغسيل فيها ورائح كريهه والحمام
الاضاءه في الغرفه عطلانه فقط الابجوره تشتغل

الأبواب مكسره كل مكان منتشر فتات الخشب
المفارش والمناشف غير نظيفه
وعند طلب تنظيف الغرفه يتم فقط تغيير مفرش السرير وشطف الحمام فقط وباقي الغرفه حايسه مايتم تنظيفها او تغييير الزباله وصحن الفطور جلس عند باب الغرفه يوم كاامل واتصلت على الاستقبال وأبلغتهم وللاسف لم يتم التعامل مع الإشكاليه
