Beautiful hotel, in a great location, and super helpful experience team. Thank you Andrea and Paula.
Pros:

Awesome design, cleanliness and location. The experience managers were outstanding in fixing a problem with checkin, and provided me with an upgrade along with my travelling companion, even offered free drinks in the beautiful pool bar.

Nothing comes to mind.

Sehr gute Lage, alles sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, moderne und ansprechende Einrichtung, leckeres Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer, in die man abends nach einem langen Tag gerne zurückkommt und sich erholen kann. Gemütliches Bett.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas größer sein. Es gibt schon irgendwie alles, aber kein riesiges Angebot. Zu Stoßzeiten ist der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein und es kann zu (kurzen) Wartezeiten kommen. Aber trotzdem locker 8/10 Frühstück.

La piscina sul teto consente di passare momenti davvero rilassanti: è il servizio che da le 5 stelle all'hotel, che altrimenti, a mio giudizio, ne meriterebbe 4.

Cons:

La mancanza del bidet.
Non c'era l'acqu fredda nella doccia: potevi lasarti con acqua da tiepida a calda.

Important delays in the daily cleaning of the rooms. Sometimes the cleaning wasn’t done before 15:30-16:00. I also didn’t like the quality of amenities
