Super personel! Śniadania bardzo spoko! Czystość na plus (poza baterią umywalkową, o czym piszę niżej). Dziękuję!

Wystrój trochę przestarzały; czystość baterii umywalkowej (poza tym wszystko było ładnie, starannie posprzątane) - ta wymaga porządnego wyczyszczenia.

Lokalizacja w leśnej okolicy, z dala od miejskiego zgiełku, przemiła, uczynna obsługa hotelu od recepcji po pokojowe, śniadania bardzo obfite w bufecie szwedzkim (wiele różnych opcji jedzenia również dla osób z dietą bez laktozy), winda w hotelu, w łazience podajnik z mydłem do rąk, pod prysznicem podajnik z żelem pod prysznic, codziennie wymiany worek na śmieci na nowy, stałe monitorowane zaopatrzenie pokojów - w tym nowe butelki wody codziennie, uzupełnianie papieru toaletowego. Mimo, że pokój nie był wielki, zmieściła się szafka na buty, kurtki, z lustrem, biurko, mały stolik i dwa krzesła, jest w pokoju też niewielka lodówka.

Kilka mebli w pokoju wołają już o wymianę, widać, że są mocno zużyte; zapach w pokoju, mimo otwartego okna, był bardzo niemiły jakby wyszła z niego grupa spoconych osób; podajnik na żel pod prysznic pod spodem jest mocno brudny, prawdopodobnie ten na mydło do rąk też, łazienka woła o remont; nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience, musiałyśmy z koleżanką kupić odświeżacz do powietrza, który stale emitował lepszy zapach. Hotel posiada 3 gwiazdki, ja się z tym niestety nie zgadzam.
