Piece of Paradise
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt warm and cozy. The surroundings were like paradise, with breathtaking views and such a peaceful atmosphere.

What touched us most was the care we received when I developed a fever during the night. The team responded immediately, came to help me within just two minutes, and made sure I was looked after. They truly went above and beyond for us.

In my opinion, this hotel deserves seven stars! After everything we experienced, four stars simply don’t do it justice.

I am from the UAE, and I can confidently say that I will definitely repeat this wonderful experience.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, hospitality, and everything you did for us. This beautiful place will always hold a special place in my heart. 🤍

كانت إقامتنا في غاية الروعة! الطاقم كان ودودًا ومتعاونًا جدًا، والأكل لذيذ، وكل شيء كان دافئًا ومريحًا. المكان كأنه جنة، بإطلالته الجميلة وأجوائه الهادئة التي تريح القلب.

وأكثر شيء أثّر فينا هو اهتمامهم عندما أصابتني حمى في الليل. كانت استجابتهم سريعة جدًا، ووصلوا عندي خلال دقيقتين فقط وساعدوني وحرصوا على راحتي. فعلًا ما قصّروا معنا في أي شيء.

ومن رأيي، هذا الفندق يستحق سبع نجوم! بعد كل ما رأيناه ولمسناه من اهتمام وخدمة، أربع نجوم لا توفّيه حقه أبدًا.

أنا من الإمارات، وبكل تأكيد سأكرر هذه التجربة الرائعة مرة أخرى.

أشكرهم من كل قلبي على لطفهم وكرم ضيافتهم وكل ما قدّموه لنا. هذا المكان الجميل سيبقى له مكان خاص في قلبي.

Všetko bolo výborne. Odporúčam všetkým pobyt v tomto penzióne.
Pros:

Veľmi príjemní a ochotní personál, na izbe čistota, pohodlná posteľ, dobrá strava, široká ponuka jedla na raňajky aj na večeru. Z balkóna bol krásny výhľad na Belianske Tatry. Pobyt v penzióne sme si užili k veľkej spokojnosti.

חדר מעולה וגדול עם 3 מרפסות ונוף מהמם.
השתמשנו גם מכונת קפה וגם בג'קוזי.
ספא ממש נחמד וקטן עם כמה סוגי של סאונה.
אוכל טוב וטעים עם מבחר טוב גם לבוקר וגם לערב.
צוות גם נעים ועוזר בכל שאלה.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Cisza i spokój! Piękny widok z pokoju, a z restauracji jeszcze piękniejszy. Miły i pomocny personel! Czysto i wygodnie. Bardzo przyjemne spa. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

Cons:

Brak czajnika w pokoju. Tylko jedno krzesło na balkonie przy pokoju dwuosobowym. Przy jednej z naszych wizyt w spa było dość tłoczno.

Fabulous !
We stayed 2 nights as a couple with 2 young adults ( 12,14). Everything you expect from the hotel and more.
Very friendly staff, very comfortable, great breakfast, and to top it off it has wonderful views and include sauna and spa to relax at the end of the day.
