La encargada de el front desk fue ruda con nosotros yo hice un error para la estadia de un dia mas me equivoque en la fecha y ell me dijo Que si no pagaba rapido nos ivan a sacar nuestras pertenencias de el cuarto yo en ese momento estaba en Aventura visitando a mi hija le explique que yo iva a solucionnar el problema lo cual hice,Ella es un mujer de pelo rizado no me acuerdo el nombre estaba al mediodia del domingo 19 de Julio. Ella es muy ruda,mi esposa es senior citizen y se asusto mucho y se le subio la presion arterial,por favor hablen con esta empleada para Que no les haga lo mismo a otras families…muchas gracias..!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was fair, bed very comfortable and clean

Cons:

Shower floor has black stains, employee opened the pool at 11:30PM to a large and very loud family then lied and said they were the owners. Sign on pool gate states pool hours are 8AM to 8PM. I complained to the front desk employee At 12:30AM front desk employee told everyone to leave and then locked the gate.
