Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Odalar yeni ve bakımlıydı. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Temiz ve ilgili bir otel

Otelin konforu, konumu, temizliğinde hic bir sıkıntı yaşamadık aile ile kalmak icin gayet genis ve konforluydu. Tek sıkıntımız kahvaltı dahil şeklinde oda satın almamıza rağmen tadilat dolayısıyla kahvalti olmadığı söylendi.

Otel konum olarak oda yapısı olarak çok güzeldi konforluydu. Otel de bir tadilat söz konusu olduğu için bodrum katlar inşaat halinde.
Ben hotels.com dan oda + kahvaltı olarak 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat otel inşaat halinde olduğu için kahvaltı hizmeti olmadığını otelde öğrendim. Yani sadece oda hizmeti almış olduk. Kahvaltı için ödediğimiz ücret iadesini hotele.com da talep edeceğim.

Clean, comfortable and hospitable.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good.
It is a bit out of the way so you have to walk to get food or have a car.

This hotel have very very bad manager. He don't care about complains and very rude. This is not family friendly hotel. No baby crib and baby chair. Food very very bad you can't call it breakfast. Cleaning very bad in room and very dirty floors in room. Very very old. No car parking it is always hard to get a space because there are wedding every day. Mosque very close so you can hear pray all time also at night. No light in rooms and cool water in shower. Climate not working in room only some time. Elevator always full and smell of drain in the room. Book another hotel you will regret this one like I did.

we booked a suit it was so comfortable there was a plenty of space, so comfy chairs beds and everything was perfect.We had a great Turkish breakfast so delicious.All over all it was a nice place and I recommend staying a couple of nights there

We had a bed night at this hotel!!! I’ve booked a hotel with air-conditioning AND heat. But, the staff told us the air conditioning are not working just the heat! We didn’t sleep!!! We’ve kept swept!!! Until 2 am we called several times to the reception, and they did not fiz the problem!!!
we are feeling this hotel did us silly, do not tell a thing you do not have, and you do not have air-condition!

Modern and clean hotel. Staff willing to assist. Although the entrance was at 14:00, housekeeping prepared our room quickly, as we arrived at 12 o'clock. Taxi is difficult in Konya but reception was helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant or room service because the kitchen is closed in the evening. However, it is reasonable as it is an off-season period. There are enough restaurants around the hotel. It was also close to shopping centers. If you choose one of the rooms facing the main street and want to sleep with the window open. The passing sounds of cars can be a little disturbing. Overall we were satisfied. We will choose it when we come to Konya again. We also recommend the Paşapark Selçuklu Hotel again.

Gayet konforlu ve rahat bir oteldi

We had a family suit: 1 bathroom, 1 large couple bedroom, 1 living room with open kitchen, 1 additional bedroom with two single beds and a table. Good for a family of 4. Maybe more, if someone wants to sleep on the sofa. The breakfast was good (yes a bit more fruit might be nice but was all good). Location in Konya is somewhat irrelavant as Konya is tiny and visiting anything is quick and cheap via taxi. I would not worry that the hotal is not right beside Mewlana Rumi for example. The flat was cleaned daily. There is also a sauna, hamam etc, but it is mixed. That is the only slight downside. Hijabis cannot really make use of it. The fitness and spa area is in a basement and one needs to walk through the lobby. That is somewhat annoying, but is acceptable if one uses it only a bit. The pool requires you to have a swimming cap. You can buy it there for 50-70 TL. There is a main road so it can get a bit noisy for those who are really noise sensitive. But the traffic in Konya is moderate and you could ask for a quieter room, for example 303. There are few beauty repairs the room could do but it still feels overall in good shape and clean. I was overall satisfied.

The hotel is located approx. 1KM from the Mevlana Rumi tomb and the city centre and within walking distance there is also a dolmus that stop right outside the hotel frequently. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. It is very clean with very helpful staff especially emre and rojin on the reception. The rooms are spacious with all amenities needed a kings size bed , mini fridge , safe kettle and tea making facilities. The hotel also has a fantastic breakfast and a hammam , gym , sauna and steam room for the guest to use free of charge although the message is extra and worth while according to my wife .

Relatively close to the city center, the rooms are big and spacious and full of light, I definitely recommend and will return to the hotel again...

We stayed in a two bedroom condo that was listed under AirBnb as "residence suite." Apartment was very clean, kitchen with all ameneties and washer / dryer that was convenient as we were in the middle of an extended stay. Good breakfast, convenient parking behind the hotel, and the location was right next to the mall (with starbucks) and less than a 10 minute drive to the Mevlana Museum. Adem Ibrahim at check-in was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in & out, and extending our check out by a couple hours.

The communication with the hotel before oure arrival was very good.

The receptionmanager Adem and his college Ersin welcomed us very kind. The room and whole location are clean. We had a pleasant stay and could relax from our journey with the bycicle.
Espacially the breakfast was great with a big choice of fresh food.

Specious, clean, comfortable and well decorated rooms. We had a room with beautiful floor to ceiling view of the mountain. Great location. Few minutes from good restaurants, taxi stand and mall. Very helpful hotel staff, specially Mr. Adem Ibrahim made our stay a pleasurable one. He helped us in early check-in and late check-out. Also gave us helpful tips to visit tourist sites. Great communication. Delicious and fresh breakfast with many options. Highly recommended.

Stayed here at the beginning of August 2022 on my way to Cappadocia. I wish I’d stayed longer! The customer service here is fantastic, especially Adem who made me feel so welcome. He even gave me some tea while I waited in the lobby. The hotel is also very modern and the room I had was better than expected for the budget friendly price I paid. If you’re in town I definitely recommend staying here!
