地理位置極佳，離南浦站走路五分鐘可到，看似要爬坡但其實有往上的手扶梯可以搭乘，也離釜山塔很近，算是非常方便！

廁所格局有點奇怪，和梳妝台間有隙縫可窺伺，極度在意隱私的人可能不太適合，但如果是跟伴侶就還好，另外水溫會忽冷忽熱（但還在可以忍受的範圍）。
