Nous avions la grande suite deux chambres facile avec la famille. Salle de bains spacieuse, chambre et lit coformtable. Belle vue. Le restaurant pas très accuillant et cuisine ouverte à certaine heure de la journée j’ai trouvé assez compliqué de manger dans le restaurant

Staff seem cooperative but nothing much they can do.
Charged extra for my child even though my booking is paid for 2 adults and one child. No breakfast buffet instead they make you choose from a very limited set option; not that great nor good. In addition, no Halal options nor vegetarian. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and guest notice was given after the fact.
What a spectacular property. It is a small luxury hotel overlooking the river in Chiang Mai. My jaw dropped upon opening the door to our suite. Just wow. Large separate kitchen, dining, living room, a walk through bathroom and wardrobe and large bedroom, and balcony overlooking the pool, restaurant and river. Extremely comfortable bed, incredibly attentive and friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Our dinner at the Malao Malao restaurant was a delicious, plentiful set menu and served with a smile. Each dish was an art work. Breakfast was a choice of having in restaurant or room. Wasn’t going to let that beautiful dining room table in our room go to waste if they were going to serve it to us in there. Highly recommend this place to anyone. They offer private driver to anywhere. Our guide on our day tour accommodated my every request on things I wanted to see and added recommendations. Cannot rave highly enough on this property. So clean and quiet. Peaceful escape from the city centre.

Great buffet breakfast! it is pre-order until late night so it is freshly cook when served.
I recently stayed at Riverside in Chiang Mai and had a wonderful experience! The rooms are beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the free shuttle service to Old Town, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. The breakfast offered was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options available, which was a great bonus for us.
The only downside I encountered was the lack of a gym facility, which would have been a nice addition for workout enthusiasts. However, this minor drawback did not overshadow the overall quality of my stay.
I highly recommend Riverside in Chiang Mai for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway with beautiful accommodations and excellent service!

I can’t believe in 2025 there are still establishments promoting animal cruelty in the form of elephant riding on in room brochures. It’s a real shame as it means I cannot recommend this hotel
Very clean and comfortable
The location is very nice - by the river. It's quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted. The staff were very courteous and always helpful.
If you want to be in the middle of the city, this is not for you. But they do offer a free shuttle to the Old Town.
