On était à proximité de tout.
Le prix Top 👌.
Personnel sympathique.
Ascenseur 😁🤩.

Cons:

Pas de place de parking il yavait que 3 places , j'étais obligé de prendre un abonnement à un parking payant,un peu cher .
Ça c'est qu'un détail.
Prochaine fois je prends l'avion, et le transport c'est bien desservie..
Uber pas cher pour les petites distances.voila nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2semaines.

Amazing stay, perfect location and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was perfect close to everything less than 5 minutes walk to the city center. Apartment was clean and spacious, perfect price for a long stay! Staff was so friendly and helpful, fast service and answers.

Cons:

Nothing everything was amazing!

Great location and a good value for the money.
Pros:

Centrally located. Plenty restaurants and supermarkets within a block of the apartment. Easy walk or bus to everything. Super easy access. My room was quiet. Didn’t hear neighbors in the Nextdoor apartments. The AC was wonderful and so needed in July!

Cons:

I would have like a few more items for cooking in the apartment. It needed napkins, Kleenex, laundry detergent and some small bowls for mixing, coffee pods, and oil for cooking.
Also the a/c leaked over the entrance and door. It didn’t affect the quality of the ac, but the paint was peeling and the door was in rough shape.

Pros:

La ubicación, la tranquilidad del barrio, la cama era cómoda, el depaetamento tenía todo lo indispensable para una agradable estancia. Muy recomendable

Расположение близко к центру

Cons:

(Номер на цокольном этаже - звуки автобусов и мусоровозов все у вас в квартире) Но это не самое страшное, Внутри все грязное - все стены в пятнах, мебель в жирных засохших каплях , белые стулья - серые от грязи, шкафы с отломанными дверцами, чайника нет. Вонь стояла от моющего средства невыносимая! Стиральная машинка протекала на пол. Вместо приятных впечатлений от прогулок, пришлось отмывать для себя некоторые места и посуду! Очень неприятно тратить на это время и самое главное - турист не может даже обратиться ни к кому, вместо владельца или ресепшн - безликая система автозаселения - это отдельный квест, на который тратится куча времени и без смартфона его не пройти. Владелец вообще интересуется, какие условия он предлагает людям??? Зато в номере много тряпочек для уборки, огнетушитель и автоматический замок на картонной двери))) Это позор для Валенсии! Цена 80 евро за такое неприемлема.

Everything inside is dirty - all the walls are stained, the furniture is covered in greasy, dried drops, white chairs are gray with dirt, cabinets have broken doors, and there is no kettle. The stench of detergent was unbearable! The washing machine was leaking onto the floor. Instead of pleasant impressions from walking around, I had to wash some places and dishes for myself! It's very unpleasant to waste time on this, and most importantly, tourists can't even turn to anyone. Instead of the owner or reception, there's a faceless auto-check-in system - it's a separate quest that wastes a lot of time and you can't complete it without a smartphone. Does the owner even understand what conditions he offers to people??? But the room has plenty of cleaning cloths, a fire extinguisher, and an automatic lock on the cardboard door))) This is a disgrace for Valencia! The price of 80 euros for this is unacceptable.

Super tijd gehad in het hartje van de wijk el Varmen
Pros:

De flexibiliteit mbt check-in. De communicatie. De locatie. De veiligheid. Klein, compact en goed uitgerust. Heel fijn dat er een goede airco is. Súper centraal.

Cons:

Kookplaat wat beperkt (2 pitten). Verder kan ik niks bedenken.

Buena ubicación en el centro de Valencia, con cocina-comedor, baño completo y habitación principal.

Cons:

Las ventanas tienen nula insonorización por lo que, al estar de cara a la calle, se escucha todo.
