Decepção.
Pros:

Da localização do hotel, da cama e chuveiro. Gostei do café da manhã também.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza, da recepção, fiz alguns pedidos para repor o básico, e não fui atendida. Achei o serviço de recepção e limpeza muito desorganizado e ruim. Não gostei da localização do quarto também, fiz a reserva com muita antecedência, paguei caro e me colocaram num quarto que havia sobrado, de frente para um viaduto. Me informaram que o hotel estava lotado e que não poderiam fazer nada. Não gostei e não pretendo voltar.

Pros:

Really nice room with good pressure shower and big bed! We enjoyed our welcome drinks with an amazing view of sugarloaf mountain and Christ the Redeemer from the rooftop bar. Good breakfast bar with decent selections.

Cons:

We stayed for only one night, which we could stay there for longer.

Conforto, localização e preço justo
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável e com vista linda para o Pão de Açúcar. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe prestativa e muito simpática. Localização excelente. Menos de dez minutos de caminhada até o Botafogo Shopping.

Poderia ter opção de chá no quarto.

É um bom lugar, mas pelo preço cobrado, ainda há muito a melhorar.

Os funcionários são bem prestativos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Piscina não é aquecida. Mau odor no banheiro devido vazamento de água do box para a parte externa. Muitas opções do café da manhã estavam frias e o misto quente deixa bastante a desejar.
