Goed hotel met prachtig uitzicht vanaf de rooftop. Bed en douche waren goed. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Van het ontbijt hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt.

Cons:

Kamer was wat donker. Locatie is matig. ‘S avonds voelt de buurt niet echt als veilig. Veel vliegverkeer over het hotel hoewel je daar in je kamer niet veel van hoort.

Pros:

Infelizmente nada… quarto com cheiro de esgoto, com manutenção fora de prazo e padrão ( um pedaço enorme de alumínio despencou no banheiro e feriu a cabeça da minha esposa). Fomos enganado na recepção pela funcionária que nos deu um quarto abaixo do padrão que paguei no booking e ainda gozou com a nossa cara dizendo ser um Up grade!

Brilliant rooftop bar.
Pros:

Our favourite part of this hotel is the excellent rooftop bar. The food, cocktails, service and views over the harbour and Sugarloaf are exceptional.
Junior and the team were friendly and efficient. We found it difficult to go anywhere else. Also shout out to the chef whose lasagne was historic!
Highly recommend.

Cons:

Mas acho muito pequeno e muito escuro, principalmente a noite… acho que falta melhores pontos de luz, tanto no banheiro quanto no quarto. Achei quase impossível me maquiar, por e exemplo. Não tinha luz suficiente… e tem uma luz dentro do armário, que apaga quando vc fecha, mas no meu quarto a porta não fechava direito e na hora de dormir, a luz não pagava direito

Café da manhã com opções de omelete/ tapioca feita na hora, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Quarto e banheiro muito escuros… mts luzes indiretas, dificultava bastante na hora de se arrumar, quarto mt mt escuro.

Na hora do check in não acharam minha reserva, demorou bastante tempo para o recepcionista se encontrar.

Recepção sempre cheia e com fila, mais agilidade e menos conversa no atendimento seria o ideal.

Cama e travesseiros extremamente confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo. Hotel todo estiloso, a cara do Rio.
