Très déçus, avis surfaits
Pros:

La vue depuis le rooftop.

Cons:

Chambre sombre, hôtel sombre, très peu d'éclairage dans la chambre, peu de lumière du jour dans l'hôtel en général. L'accès à l'hôtel donne le ton, on a l'impression d'entrer dans un parking.
Vue depuis la chambre non conforme aux photos: vue de biais sur le pain de sucre en se collant aux fenêtres mais vis-à-vis direct sur les bureaux d'un immeuble. Pas de lits singles. Pas de gel douche.
Salle de déjeuner sombre et bruyante, petit déjeuner basique.
Restauration micro-ondes.
Accueil et service dilettante et impersonnel. Seules les équipes d'étage et d'entretien sont sympas malgré la barrière de la langue.
Très déçus, avis surfaits sur cet hôtel.
La même vue depuis le dernier étage du botafogo praia shopping, pas besoin de séjourner là pour ça.

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas y pagando una habitación superior la experiencia fue bastante mala. Le pongo un 1 porque el desayuno estaba muy bien. La habitación era pequeña y sin ninguna comodidad. Los muebles viejos y desgastados. Por los deságües del baño subía olor a cloaca. La ventana del baño no cerraba y las de la habitación eran viejas y apenas insonorizaban. Las políticas de seguridad del hotel me parecen propias de Somalia, el personal del hotel me hizo sentir como un delincuente en potencia, siempre vigilado e incluso perseguido. Perdí el dinero de la reserva, pero me fui 2 días antes. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen y trato muy desagradable.

I had the pleasure of spending the final three days of my memorable trip to Brazil at Yoo2 Rio de Janeiro, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. As a loyal Hilton guest who frequently chooses the brand for travel, this was my first stay at one of their Tapestry Collection properties — and it certainly did not disappoint.
The hotel boasts an outstanding location in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and conveniences I needed. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain while savoring an excellent selection of food and drinks. The hotel itself features a modern, vibrant design with bold colors and impressive artwork throughout, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere.
I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. It offered a wonderful variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented, with consistently delicious flavors and attentive service. A special thank you goes to the wonderful ladies at the front desk, Luana and Fernanda. Their warm smiles, genuine kindness, and helpful spirit truly made my stay feel special and memorable.
For my departure, the proximity to Santos Dumont Airport (SDU) was ideal — just a quick Uber ride away, making the journey to the airport smooth and stress-free. Overall, my six days in Rio were wonderful, and the Yoo2 Rio de Janeiro, along with its lovely staff, played a significant role in that positive experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

La gentillesse du personnel au roof top, au petit déjeuner et tout le staff d’entretien! Vraiment gros gros big up ! La petite attention dans la chambre, le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

À l’arrivée personne ne nous dit de scanner le QR code pour les prix du mini bar alors nous pensions que le café dans la chambre était offert (comme en France) hors ce n’est pas le cas au Brésil. Après beaucoup (trop) de pourparlers pour un hôtel de ce standing, l’établissement à reconnu son erreur et nous à offert la prestation.
La manager nous à quand même pris de haut et c’est loin d’être agréable.
De même il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres de cet établissement.
