Pros:

I love this hotel. The staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, super friendly and attentative. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The most incredible rooftop view!

Great Location, But . . .
Pros:

The rooms are too small, too tight for two people and almost claustrophobic for one. The elevators (2) are small as well. The quality and appearance of the room is less than what’s portrayed in the photos. The in room amenities are extremely limited. Storage space is extremely limited. The staff was suburb. The roof top bar and restaurant was excellent, with picturesque views. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very good location. This is property is a part of the Tapestry collection and is somewhat below what you would expect at a Hilton property.

Over hyped- ordinary, nothing special
Pros:

Good location and nice, friendly staff. Great views from the roof- top bar. Breakfast buffet was fine. The ‘executive’ room we were given was so small you couldn’t swing a cat in it. Walking round the bed to use the bathroom meant manoeuvring round the huge TV screen and the stand to which it was attached to avoid bumping your head and tripping over the stand. The rooms have hardly any lighting so are really dark; the ‘executive’ room had no tea/coffee making machine, there was only one hand towel, only one bedside table (it was a double room) and only 1 chair, despite 2 people sharing it. Calling it an ‘executive’ room is completely mis-leading.

Um vista de tirar o fôlego e um atendimento irretocável!
Pros:

Como meu voo de chegada atrasou, fiz o meu checkin bem tarde da noite. Ao chegar, fui informado que só tinha uma única acomodação disponível. Ao tentar entrar na habitação, a fechadura não estava funcionando corretamente, tive que descer então para pedir ajuda, no que fui prontamente atendido pela pessoal da recepção. Na manhã seguinte, conseguir trocar de habitação, graças à Deus, pois a sensação de "confinamento" da primeira foi extremamente desconfortável. Além da sensação de que alguns itens do quarto não tinham sido adequadamente "trocados". Enfim, tudo se resolveu no dia seguinte, e o staff da recepção foi irretocável quanto a simpatia, eficiência e efetividade na resolução do problema.
