Buena ubicación, mala experiencia.

La ubicación excelente.

Cons:

El apto espacioso pero tiene varias oportunidades de mejora, la ducha muy pequeña, poco cómoda, mal pensada. No habia ni jabón, ni esponja en la cocina, ni una servilleta de papel. La heladera olía muy mal.
La WiFi tampoco funcionaba bien.

Lo mejor es la ubicación cerca del centro y calle de bares y tiendas

Cons:

Faltaba papel higiénico según el número de personas y dias de estancia , además de algún mueble para guardar cosas en las habitaciones

El baño es muy pequeño y deteriorado un poco

Decepcionante y descuidado.
Pros:

Si buscás ubicación céntrica, es el indicado. Solo por eso vale su precio.
Me dejaron hacer el check-in dos horas antes.

Cons:

Faltaba aire acondicionado o al menos un ventilador en una habitación. Las fotos de su publicación no mostraban el departamento, sino varios sin saber cuál te tocaba. Llegamos y el pin para ingresar al apartamento era incorrecto, tuve que esperar a que me respondan desde Smart y solucionen el problema, siguiente a eso no funcionaba el wi-fi, pedí una solución y tardo todo el día, por ende todo el día sin wi-fi. La ducha tenía duchador, el cuál tenía el soporte de la pared partido, informé del problema y jamás lo vinieron a arreglar, tuve que improvisar con una bolsa para sostenerle del parante de la cortina, se hacía un desastre todo el piso del baño.
Falto de atención al huésped como una simple sal, azúcar, algún agua en la heladera, detalles que hacen a la diferencia y que viví en todo los anteriores que fuí.
Para 5 personas como reservé yo, es muy chico.
Lo único bueno, la ubicación, por el resto me pareció muy malo.

Good option for a stay in Madrid.
Pros:

A very good walkable location, there are many restaurants/cafes/markets nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Staff assists and replies quickly if anything needed. They also helped us store our luggage after check out without any extra charge. There are no keys and entry is via access codes so everyone should make sure they have internet to receive the code before check in.

Cons:

Fyi, you have to check in online and MUST attach your credit card in case of any serious damage to the apartment. Being required to attach my credit card made me feel uncomfortable from safety and privacy perspectives.

El baño pequeñísimo, no hay sala de estar. Sólo 2 rollos de papel de wc para 4 personas y dos noches. Ni un paño de cocina.Ni un taburete o silla en los dormitorios. Todo muy elemental y súper básico.

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio de este establecimiento es muy mala. El precio (más de 300 €) corresponde al de un muy buen hotel de 3 estrellas con recepción y servicios.

Esperamos casi 4 horas delante de la puerta, bajo el sol, para recibir los códigos de acceso. Éramos tres clientes esperando sin ninguna respuesta a nuestros mensajes durante esas 4 horas. La empresa encargada de enviar los códigos fue completamente ineficaz, por segunda vez en dos alojamientos diferentes.

Booking no debería dirigir a sus clientes hacia alojamientos sin recepción ni un servicio de atención adecuado. El Wi-Fi no funcionaba y fueron necesarias tres reclamaciones para obtener códigos válidos.

El apartamento es muy ruidoso debido al tráfico de la calle, a los otros ocupantes y al entorno en general.

El wifi no funcionava bé, ho vam dir i ho van solucionar, però al dia següent tornava a no funcionar. No funcionava la televisió. La banyera no estava en les millors condicions.
