Nicht Empfehlenswert - definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war relativ günstig und die Lage ist ok.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr alt und leider nicht modern. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung aber nicht sauber. Die Lobby ist super alt & alles andere als gemütlich.
Es gibt keine Minibar (bzw. nur ein warmes Wasser im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war der Horror: die Auswahl war sehr schlecht und nicht wirklich hygienisch aufbewahrt. Ansehnlich war das Frühstück schon garnicht und die Behältnisse waren alle dreckig/ verrostet. Wir haben uns Frühstück ins Hotel bestellt.
Die einzige nette Person im ganzen Hotel war die Dame an der Rezeption - der Rest war relativ unfreundlich.

Das Zimmer ist nicht Kleinkinder freundlich- wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 5 Etage und das Fenster ließ sich ohne weiteres komplett Öffnen. Wir waren schockiert - so hatten wir das noch nie erlebt.

Der Hotelflur war nicht klimatisiert und die Lobby nur minimal.

Dieses Hotel ist alles andere als ein 4 Sterne Hotel und macht einen absolut falschen Eindruck über Booking. Es war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel das wir bisher als Familie besucht haben.

Schade - weil das Hotel die besten Vorraussetzungen erfüllt um ein wirklich gutes Hotel zu sein.

Buenos y me resolvieron sin problema.
Pros:

Reserve 2 dias y cuando llegue a Amman quise irme a dormir en Wadi Ram. Ya tenía 2 noches pagadas, fueron buenos y me reembolsaron y eso que ya estaban pagadas y mi reserva estaba pagadas.

Needs maintenance
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.
We had an issue from our side doing the booking and they fixed it very quickly
They were fast and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel amenities and rooms are really old, and they don't do any maintenance.
We had 2 tvs in our room, none of them was working. The closet of the fridge have a broken hinge, and it never closes.
The bed side was broken, and when I woke up, part of the bed frame moved away as I was getting up.
The toilet had something wrong when you flush it, as the water keeps running down until you flush it one more time to stop.
The restaurant was ok, food was good, but cleanliness wasn't accepted.
I sat on a table and I can see the marks of cups and food, probably from the people who were before, which means they didn't clean.

Pas assez garni pour un buffet, pas de café expresso ni de thé alors que c'était mentionné sur la carte

Les chambres doivent être rénovées, le carrelage de la salle de bain sont décoloré et pas très propre. L'intérieur de l'armoire était salle, la peinture se décolle. La climatisation est moyenne
