There was ample parking, and the rooms were a good size. Although reception closes quite early, they sent me a detailed message explaining what to do.
The car park is located inside the building, and it is difficult to tell where to park upon arrival.

Was marketed as large double bed was expecting a king size not a queen size bed, beds should be king size for that price

Our mattress was poor and we think it contributed to bad sleep. We. were badly jet lagged. We only stripped bed to mattress on last day and found actual mattress wrinkled badly. We complained then and received some financial recompense

Bed very soft and sofa was really uncomfortable as it has lost its padding. Staff not around alot they forget to replace our towels but resolved next day
Great location with bonus free parking, surprisingly quiet given its proximity to Stirling Highway. Well equipped and nicely furnished unit that was very clean. Good Grocer across the road is super handy.
Bathroom was tiny for a 2 bed and the shower head kept falling down, the door didn't seal properly either with water pooling on the floor outside.

We left before the office was open. Perhaps if instructions stated the key was to be put in the box behind the desk at reception. But all sorted with a phone call!
