This is a great stay if you want calm and quiet place to stay
Pros:

The rooms and facilities were great and comfortable. The host was also really helpful and very nice to us throughout. The location is a bit away from the old town but is walkable or they rent cycles. The place is overall really good

Tout! L’emplacement est parfait car il est à la fois proche du centre historique mais assez éloigné pour être au calme. La vue sur le fleuve est magnifique. Les gérantes sont adorables et hyper compétentes! Le lit est confortable et propre. La maison est très jolie dans l’esprit familial vietnamien <3 ça a été un très beau séjour. Merci!

Phenomenal Stay
Pros:

Very charming historical villa. The staff were AMAZING. Location perfect - quieter, more local, but close walk to everything. Overall very comfortable and great vibe. Couldn't recommend enough.

Would love to stay again when I’m Hoi Ann
Pros:

Great little hotel on the edge of Hoi an so quiet and away from the chaos of the old town but still only a 15 minute walk. The pool is small but refreshing and service is a standout. All the staff went extra mile to be helpful and make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would stay again if in Hoi An

The shoes outside, I think some more shoe storage is needed

Hermoso hotel. Muy limpio. Las camas muy cómodas . El personal amable. Nos recibieron con té y helado de coco, también nos pusieron un taxi desde el tren a buen precio

Cons:

El día que llegamos fue un poco caótico, la piscina no estaba llena y todo el patio en construcción, en nuestra habitación (3er piso) había dos murciélagos. Al avisar en la recepción otro huésped dijo que sacó 7 de su habitación y 5 el día anterior. Nos cambiaron a otra y estuvo bien. La piscina no la pudimos usar porque estaba en obras y cuando se llenó, estaba la familia de la dueña y era incómodo estar ahí ya que eran muchísimos
