Great location staff at reception were genuinely welcoming made us feel really welcoming
Only stayed overnight do difficult to assess but will happily return. We fortunately were visiting friends so left our car with them rather than pay the excessive overnight parking charge

Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast options!
Reception was actually on the first floor, when entering at the ground floor nobody was there to guide you the correct way. Additionally lift was out of service.
The room was well appointed, with a more luxury feel in the bedding and bathroom fittings. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very quiet even though the hotel is right on a major road junction.
It really annoys me that breakfast is no longer included as standard. (Not just this hotel)

Disappointed by the fact that none of the terrestrial channels did not work in the tv. I had very limited choices to watch which were QVC and some old America show from the 70s! This is a shame as I’d specifically booked this hotel to have a relaxing early night before an important business meeting the next day!
