From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how gorgeous the hotel is. The decor, furnishings, and overall design are simply stunning. It is close the city centre as well and the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Staff acted unprofessional.
Ordered a room service for my husband on his birthday as I was out of the room. They refused to put the amount on the room and demanded my husband to make the payment.
Staff confronted me as I served breakfast in front of every one demanding me to make the payment. It was as though I was going to disappear.
