The rooms need updating. There were stains on the carpet and mould in the corners of the bathroom. Shower had very little pressure
The hotel is in a convenient location and the room I was eventually moved to was comfortable. The concierge and the gentleman working at the bar were friendly, professional, and helpful during my stay.
My stay was extremely disappointing. The night receptionist, Harshit, was rude and confrontational when my husband simply asked a question about parking. As a pregnant guest who had just attended a family wedding, I found the interaction stressful and unnecessary.
The bed sheets in my room were dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
There was also poor communication regarding late checkout. Despite explaining that I was exhausted and pregnant, I was repeatedly asked to come downstairs to make payment while I was sleeping. Staff knocked on my door multiple times and disturbed me while I was resting. I had requested an accessible room but was initially placed at the far end of the seventh floor near a storage area and fire exit. I was also charged for two extra hours despite only staying one additional hour.
