A maioria dos funcionários foram muito educados e tentaram resolver nossos problemas com o quarto.

Cons:

Na hora do check in, por eu ter feito duas reservas, eles trocaram o quarto com o da minha colega e a recepcionista não fez o mínimo esforço para trocar o quarto. Uma reserva era para casal e a outra era duas amigas, sendo assim teria que ser camas específicas para cada dupla. O frigobar não estava funcionando tbm, e o chuveiro não esquentava. Após reclamação, foi consertado.

O meu quarto era novo e estava bem limpo.
O quarto do meu pai era mais velho e com um mal cheiro (cachorro molhado), mas estava igualmente limpo.
A equipe de funcionários é atenciosa e solícita.
A garagem é boa.

Cons:

Às 2h da manhã fomos acordados por uma goteira em cima da cama; o recepcionista não tinha quartos disponíveis para nos transferir (estava lotado) e nos deu toalhas para secar a cama.
Precisamos arrastar a cama pelo quarto duas vezes pois a goteira aumentou (choveu muito aquela noite).
O hotel é barulhento: meu quarto era do lado da recepção e a janela do banheiro era voltada diretamente para a BR-277 (ainda bem que levei meus earplugs).

Bom custo benefício para aproveitar os passeios na cidade
Pros:

Localização excelente, café da manhã gostoso e variado, banheiro amplo. Quarto limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos. Estacionamento seguro com vagas espaçosas e em frente ao hotel, com algumas vagas cobertas e a maioria descobertas.

Cons:

O quarto era bastante amplo, porém possuía uma escada com 3 degraus logo na entrada e não fomos avisados sobre isso. Se um de nós fosse uma pessoa com deficiência ou mobilidade reduzida teríamos uma barreira a transpor. Acredito que o hóspede deveria ser consultado para evitar possíveis transtornos.
