Pros:

O Hotel tem um excelente custo benefício. O café da manhã com boa variedade e quartos limpos. O Hotel também disponibiliza micro-ondas, o que achei ótimo, pois conseguimos preparar pequenas refeições.

No geral, a experiência foi muito boa, equipe do hotel muito cordial e gentis. Voltando para Foz, voltaremos para o Vivaldi.

Do atendimento da equipe.

Cons:

Muito barulho, não é culpa do hotel mas pelas câmeras a recepção poderia tomar providências pois na sexta feira a noite ninguém podia dormir por causa da bateçao de portas.

Limpeza maravilhosa. A arrumadeira limpa o apartamento todos os dias e troca toalhas se necessário. Funcionários educados. Excelente café da manhã. Ganhamos duas garrafas de água que foram consumidas por cortesía. Maravilhoso!
