Pros:

The reception staff is most welcoming, the buildings, as well as the rooms are spacious , outstandingly clean and comfortable. The bathroom is truly modern and has both rain shower and multi jets. A fairly good self-serve full breakfast is included in the price. We were located in the Prestige Plus building and the only flaw is that an arrow sign of the room numbers are not indicated as soon as you walk through the door. Consequently, we went up a high stairway for nothing which was not convenient since my husband has reduced mobility. If you have reduced mobility, make sure you request a ground floor room as there are no elevators. All in all the hotel has an excellent value.

Cons:

No signage directing to the room numbers as you walk un the door. You have to go inside the corridors to locate your room number.

Propreté, confort et personnel conviviale

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation, beaucoup de bruits venant d'un groupe qui se promenait d'une chambre à l'autre, chicane de couple dans la chambre voisine, dame qui a toussée toute la nuit dans l'autre chambre voisine, bref je ne recommande pas surtout si vous devez travailler le lendemain comme moi pour une assemblée des directeurs à la FTQ de Trois-Rivières.
