Bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, linge de lit propre. Accueil sympathique. Accès à la plage avec serviette, transat et parasols en 15min de marche et 5min en voiture. Piscine propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon. Aucun bruit, place de parking devant le logement surveillé.

Cons:

Odeurs d’humidité dans la chambre. Salle de bains petites.
Les serviettes de plage n’était pas propre, voir même déjà utilisé dans la journée. Nous avions finalement utilisé les nôtres.

Un agréable séjour à Agadir
Pros:

Super petit déjeuner, personnel serviable, demi pension trés appréciée (plats savoureux et originaux).
Un remerciement particulier à Said notre super serveur pendant ce séjour, trés serviable, gentil et humain.

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique.
Places pour se garer devant l’hôtel, surveillées.
L’hôtel n’est pas en front de mer mais dispose d’un espace privé surveillé avec matelas, parasol sur la plage d’Agadir à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Top
Les repas sont bons (dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus de plats typiques du Maroc), le petit déjeuner est aussi très agréable sous forme de buffet avec là par contre des recette typiques du Maroc mais aussi des plats pour un déjeuner plutôt Anglo Saxon ou Latin.

Personnel très sympathique.

Bon rapport/qualité prix.

Pros:

The pool area was great, the waiting staff were very friendly. The room was good, the air con was excellent. The roof terrace area was lovely. It was nice to return to clean sheets and towels daily.
The food at the hotel was on par with local restaurants.

Cons:

One or two of the staff on reception were not nearly as friendly as the waiting staff. Drinks were always delivered to the table, but they could take from 10 to 20 minutes to arrive!The bathroom in the room was very nicely done but too small. We did not understand what the "half sheet" on the bed, under the duvet and on top of the main sheet was for. It was annoying to have to remove this every day.

very underwhelming and disappointing
Pros:

The spa services were great (hammam was amazing and decently priced) the hotel felt very safe with good AC and a nice private beach area.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was lacking, even after being cleaned there was hairs and dirt on the bed ect. security outside the front wouldn’t even let you take sealed bottled water into the hotel - instead you’d have to pay 5x the supermarket price to drink water the hotel provided!! The pool area is nice but lacks seats so only about 8 guests can sit by the pool. Staff were not the friendliness and came off cold and dismissive (excluding spa staff).

Certains employés pas agréables, notamment à l'entrée et la réception.

Ils devraient signaler lors de la réservation qu'il est strictement interdit d'acheter des aliments à l'extérieur , obligant les clients à consommer exclusivement dans le restaurant de l'hôtel.
Cela permettrais aux clients d'être au courant en amont et de refuser de prendre une chambre.

Le petit déjeuner est basic en plus vous vous lever pour chercher du thé ou du café en laissant vos croissant sur la tables , aussitôt il a un employé qui vous débarrasse la table sans vous demander c'est totalement irrespectueux vis à vis du client et vis à vis de la nourriture ainsi gaspillé.

C’était génial, on a adoré !
Pros:

Abdoul, notre interlocuteur pour les excursions a été super arrangeant et répondu à toutes nos attentes.
Notre serveur au restaurant d’une amabilité extraordinaire. Le personnel dans son ensemble vraiment incroyables ! D’une gentillesse qui donne envie de revenir !
La chambre et l’hôtel au top du top, avec tout un tas d’équipements qui nous permet d’arriver avec un sac à main au Maroc ! Le cadre dans l’hôtel est magnifique. Et il donne accès à une plage privée à 15’ à pied. C’est calme et le petit dej aussi est incroyable !

Cons:

Le quartier autour est pas très beau mais l’hôtel est très bien situé, à 5’ de la zone touristique avec tout ce qu’il faut
