Other than the aircon being bipolar, stay was good. The staff all understood english well.
Pros:

Good location. Staff was very helpful from ground floor. One of the interns was also very helpful

The aircon was hot.

Good breakfast, but uncomfortably hot and suffocating rooms

Breakfast: Good quality and a positive start to the morning.

Air Conditioning: The room AC was locked at 24°C and couldn't be lowered, leaving the room uncomfortably warm and suffocating at night.

Hallway & Ventilation: The floor gallery is completely closed off with no windows, making the entire hallway feel stuffy and breathless.

Overall, despite the decent food, the lack of effective cooling and poor ventilation made for a miserable stay.

Cons:

air Conditioning: The room AC was locked at 24°C with zero actual cooling. Whether it is centrally managed or restricted, it simply does not cool the room down, leaving it uncomfortably warm and stuffy all night.

Not worth for money
Pros:

Washroom not good . Toilet flush and water gun was not working, when asked for change of room they just sent the technician for repair since the day I traveled. No action taken on the washroom which is the first priority and multiple times need to explain the same issue with other staffs working around . team not updated with the issue faced and sending technician to repair for the toilet flush not working.

Worst stay .. very bad hospitality
Pros:

V dint get any breakfast also im very upset .. such a big hotel no hospitality.. poor staff management.. no one to help with luggage and guidance to room v had to search our room ourselves.. worst ever experience..

I’m a frequent traveller .. this s the worst ever experience.. travelled with senior citizens and no staff to arrange for our luggage or guide us to d room .. v had to do al circus ourselves.. it was horrible..
