Für unsere Zwecke war das Hotel o.k. Würde auch wieder buchen. Zummerservice muss man halt dann immer anmelden.
Pros:

Gute Lage für den Zweck unserer Reise.
Mit der nahe gelegenen Tram gute Verbindung ins Zentrum.
Trotz Großbaustelle ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts wenig los im Hotel, sehr entspannt beim Frühstücken. Frühstück war für uns gut und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Es wurde immer nachgelegt, wenn was fehlte.
Gut ist das Sicherheitssystem zur Benutzung des Aufzugs und Zugangssicherung der Treppenhaustüren mittels Zimmerkarte.

Cons:

Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage geht gar nicht.
Das steht nicht auf der Website und wurde auch nicht beim Check In erwähnt.
Der Herr an der Rezeption meinte auf Nachfrage, dies stünde doch auf einem kleinen Aufsteller neben dem Telefon auf dem Schreibtisch.
Neue Handtücher konnte man sich dann unten aus einem Schrank nehmen.
Das hat m.E. nichts mit Nachhaltigkeit und Umwelt zu tun.
Es gibt mittlerweile genug Möglichkeiten ohne viel Chemie zu reinigen.
Für das Hotel geht es primär darum, Kosten und Personal zu sparen.
Das Bad besteht fast nur aus Glasscheiben. Dass diese nach jedem Duschen entsprechend aussehen und auch Waschbecken und Toilette im Hotel natürlich genutzt werden, ist ein „normaler“ täglicher Zimmerservice ein Muss.
So könnte auch die von manchen bemängelte Schimmelbildung in der Dusche verhindert werden.
Wenn ich selber das Bad reinigen, und Betten selber machen muss, kann ich auch eine Jugendherberge oder Ferienwohnung buchen .

Desweiteren ist nervig, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad für seine Utensilien zu haben. Keinerlei Haken vorhanden.
Im Zimmer kein Schrank, oder Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung.
Wir haben auch aus dem Koffer gelebt.

Bei 2 Personen mit 2 großen Koffern und zusätzlichen Taschen, weiß ich nicht, wo die untergebracht werden sollen.

Das Zimmer selber, Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück für den Preis nicht Aussage kräftig . Hab mir mehr erwartet . Der Bäcker bietet mehr für das Geld, erwarte nicht viel, aber schon etwas qualitativeres.

Schaden an der WC Spülung wurde obwohl gemeldet nicht repariert. Ja morgen ist der Haustechniker da, bloß nach 5 Tagen war er immer noch nicht da. Das Wasser rinnt und rinnt. Dann soweit selbst repariert, das man nachts schlafen kann, da das plätschern sehr störend war!

Sehr nettes Personal, saubere zimmer

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war nur mit einer Milchglas Scheibe vom Rest getrennt, man konnte alle Umrisse sehen, wenn einer in der Dusche gestanden hat. Die Toilette war auch nur mit einer Glas schiebetür getrennt
