Pros:

Location, people, building. Location was good, access to Shepherd Market. Staff were helpful, kind, personable, and seemed to care about the experience.

Cons:

We had an issue with the door lock. For a night and a day, we could not lock our room when we left. This was a meaningful inconvenience that should be reflected in some kind of personal refund or status upgrade.

Be aware that the underground runs right underneath so you will hear regular rumbling. Also elevator makes noise which you will hear inside the unit.

Loved the space in the apartment, as well as the location. Staff was friendly and helpful, with some good recommendations for places to eat in the surrounding area.
The apartment itself, although a little dated, was very comfortable and clean, with a fantastic bed.

Good location for me. Accommodation was large, comfortable, clean & quiet.
Nice touch was milk in fridge.
Cost was reasonable so will definitely use Mansley again.

great location!
Pros:

great location right in mayfair. they were kind enough to let me check in a early and upgraded my stay as well. rooms were clean and modern. very lively area during the daytime, but nice and quiet in the evening to sleep. for an extended stay, the service apts also had a kitchen. great price and value for mayfair.

Comfortable, convenient, and charming

Back at our London ‘home-away-from-home’ and 44 Curzon as good as ever with a.warm welcome - thank you Charlotte. Cosy apartments with lovely sitting room, handy kitchen. Comfy bed with fresh linen and you can see the green treetops of Green Park to the south and magic spots up and down Curzon. Stay here every year It’s great.to be back.

this lovely little hotel is wonderful, not only because of the location but mostly because of the fabulous staff working there.

The staff made my wonderful experience even more exceptional. There is a fabulous cafe next door and the tube is a short walk. A great place for solo women travellers

Love this location and the apartment
Pros:

We love this location and the charm of the apartment. We stayed here last year, and were booked for this week. Unfortunately, my wife had an unexpected medical procedure last week and was instructed not to fly for over a week, which caused us to have to postpone the trip for a week. While Mansley unfortunately did not have a vacancy, in the Mayfair area, they were extremely helpful and responsive when I notified them of our cancellation. Orleas was particularly helpful and understanding. Although it was less than the minimum seven days cancellation notice clearly set forth on their website, they were very understanding and are giving us a refund. We will definitely book with Mansley on our next trip.
