Pros:

Lovely room and bathroom. Beautiful place. Tidy. Close to town.

Cons:

Only one good memory foam pillow. Others my husband described as mash potatoes and got a sore neck. No early checking available for event. Tv was on in room when we checked in late and thought someone was in our room. Otherwise all good. Lovely place.

The accommodation and location was perfect for our needs while staying in Beechworth
Pros:

Lovely Boutique accommodation it was nice and quiet and the bonus was it was an easy walk into town. Loved the caramels in the reception area!

Cons:

Everything was fine. I don't need to go looking for something to complain about!

Apart from feeling cold at night we liked our stay. Would stay there again but bring my own electric

Beautiful home and gardens. Quiet location. Not far from the town centre

Cons:

The bed did not have a electric blanket. I was cold. Beechworth can be quite cold during winter and the rooms in this house have high ceilings

No personal contact except we did get to speak to the young girl cleaning the rooms who was friendly and helpful. We would recommend 12 to any friends for convenience and location

Location was good

Cons:

Bath with shower overhead inconvenient and awkward to use. Bath leaking, dark, no. Shower door so bathroom gets soaked. Checkk in time late. Bedroom cold and dark and cupboard smell like vomit

Very comfortable and close to everything Beechworth has to offer

Excellent facilities, location to town, open fire in the lobby, under cover secure parking

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was lovely and welcoming and lit a fire in the reception to make it warm and relaxing. Recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet stay.

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Nowhere to plug in kettle except on the floor (side table was wobbly so dangerous to put kettle on.)
No usb charge point
No utensils for us to make our own basic breakfast.
