At our hotel, four-legged friends are very welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs do not enter the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, nor the terrace or the pool area. However, they are most welcome in our garden, where they can enjoy relaxing moments by your side.

Un bel endroit avec une magnifique vue et un très beau jardin.
Pros:

Jolie piscine, jardin agréable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas très adapté pour un 4*. Pas de bouteilles d'eau à disposition dans les chambres malgré la canicule (en fait 1 seule petite bouteille facturée CHF 4.-)

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Lage ist perfekt, um Ascona zu erkunden. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den es zu Wiederholen gilt.

Diese Hotel ist eine Wohlfühloase für Menschen, die einfach einen ruhigen Platz mit Geschichte, sehr freundlichem Personal, gutem Essen und einer tollen Aussicht geniessen möchten. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und gerade das macht seinen Charme aus. Kleinigkeiten wie Stoffservietten, gute Handtücher, ein freundliches Wort zur rechten Zeit vermitteln das Gefühl, Willkommen zu sein. Es ist nichts für Wichtigtuer, Influencer, Selbstdarsteller und Menschen ohne Gespür für die feinen Zwischentöne des Lebens. Für die gibt es ja zum Glück genügend einfallslose, 5 Sterne Deluxe Designhotels ...

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer mit Doppelbett, genug Steckdosen beim Nachttisch um Handy zu laden über Nacht, sehr sauberes Bad und Toilette, Bademantel bereit. Pool war toll, hat genug Liegen, schöne Wiesen, Bäume. Perfekt. Und das Nachtessen auf der Terrasse einfach sehr gut, da muss man gar nicht in die Stadt. Service zuvorkomment und herzlich. Ja, ein kleines Juwel in Ascona.

Cons:

Die Lage ist von der Aussicht her super. Aber zum in die Stadt zu kommen oder zu einer Bushaltestelle. Lauft man locker 10-15min und das bei 35 Grad ist anstrengend.

Le silence, la VUE, la piscine et à 10min a pied du bord du lac. Une directrice qui prend vos commentaires au sérieux; un petit soucis au départ puis tout à été réglé avec professionnalisme, un grand merci! Je reviendrai!

Schöner, aber nicht in allen Details stimmiger Aufenthalt

Ausstattung zum Teil nicht mehr im besten Zustand (WC Deckel locker, keine Softabsenkung).

Die Doppelzimmer sind schön.

Das Einzelzimmer, zumindest jenes welches jemand in unserer Gruppe erhalten hat, glich in Sachen Grösse und Ausstattung eher, überspitzt formuliert, einer Abstellkammer. Da hat Preis und Leistung nicht zusammengepasst. Ich hätte zudem erwartet, das bei grosser Hitze zumindest ein Ventilator in den Räumen vorhanden ist.

Als Gäste wurden wir an einem Tisch auch über eine Stunde vom Personal schlicht ignoriert und mussten selbst an die Bar zum bestellen. Nicht schlimm, aber irgendwo nicht passend für die Hotelkategorie.
