Escolhi o hotel porque tinha uma pequena cozinha e geladeira grande. Como fiquei por 14 dias era interessante para fazer algumas refeições no hotel.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O quarto chegou a ficar 4 dias sem limpeza e acúmulo de lixo. O carpete era sujo e o quarto escuro.
O café da manhã é razoável porém não há reposição. Dependendo do horário que chegar quase tudo acabou.
O colchão também não era bom. Muito velho e com áreas afundadas.

It was in a good location breakfast was great very spacious room

Cons:

The check in is supposed to be at 3 and they gave me the room till around 5 they stated that they were short staffed and it was taking the cleaning lady more than usual my girls had a concert to go to and they had to get ready in the restroom in the lobby very unacceptable

I did not like the fact that the check in is at 3pm and they were short staffed and they gave me my room till almost 5pm my girls had to change and do their make up in the restroom lobby so they could go to a concert ☹️😔

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe de modo geral foi o principal. Muito respeito e receptividade comigo e minha família. O quarto era incrível, amplo e com uma pequena cozinha que facilitou muito minha estadia com um bebê. Tudo limpo, organizado e confortável. Não tivemos nenhum problema e nem nada a reclamar.

Cons:

O local é mais afastado e próximo de uma rodovia, então não tem tanta coisa próxima. Mas da pra ir a pé ao supermercado e tem alguns restaurantes no entorno.

Nice hotel with great customer service!
Pros:

The hotel is situated near major roads in Austin but is set back from the main streets, which made the rooms very quiet. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings directly across from the hotel, a movie theater in the parking lot, and several other restaurants within a ten-minute walk.

We stayed in a king suite, and the room was very nice and clean. It featured a kitchen with a full-size fridge (which was great because we could do grocery shopping for our Austin housesit starting the next day), a small stove, a full microwave, and a dishwasher. There were plenty of dishes and silverware if you preferred to eat in the room.
The bed was very comfortable, and IHG hotels always have four pillows on each bed—two firm foam pillows and two soft ones, giving you options.

Breakfast was really good with many choices. There were pancakes you could make, omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bagels and English muffins, blueberry muffins, yogurt with toppings, and oatmeal with toppings.

I left my small travel pillow at the hotel when we checked out. I called later that day, gave them my room number and name, and asked if my pillow had been found. The desk clerk told me they would leave a note for housekeeping, and someone from the hotel would call me the next day. They called at 10:00 the following morning, confirming it had been found and asked how I wanted it returned. I told them we were still nearby and I would pick it up. They instructed me to just come to the front desk when I arrived. Later that afternoon, I went there. The desk clerk asked my name, room number, and the color of my travel pillow's case (to make sure it was mine), which I appreciated. They had wrapped it in plastic to keep it clean.

We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Austin.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. There were no noise issues.

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean. Tv wasnt really working the best. Remotes sucked. It was freezing in the rooms and we couldnt control the thermostat. They didnt automatically clean the rooms unless you called.

Regardless of the cleaning issues, my family especially the kids enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

I got an upgrade from a very friendly receptionist and all through the staff were courteous and helpful

Cons:

Room cleaning was poor.
My room was cleaned occasionally.
Had to call for fresh towels sometimes.
Beddings weren’t changed sometimes 2-3 days.
Same with trash!
