Usher and Chris Concert 🔥
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and polite and the breakfast was delicious (bacon , turkey sausage , eggs , pancakes, gravy biscuit and etc . The beds were comfortable also !!

Cons:

Parking wasn't that good due to some people cars were taking up 2 spaces instead if 1 parking space like they were supposed to have .

The room was big and it had a modern look.

Too many things weren’t working.
The pool was closed on a hot, holiday weekend.
The ice machine on our floor didn’t work.
No water machines - only water fountains

Pros:

The gentleman at front was very helpful and friendly. The lady at breakfast the next morning was very friendly and made sure we had good experience. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Suggestion - add dark roast to coffee machine - loved the medium and decaf. Sister wanted dark and son hot chocolate - just suggestion.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms was very clean.

Cons:

Pool was down. I booked this hotel solely for my grandson to have an indoor pool. I was not informed pool was down til I arrived at the property. I would like some reimbursement.

Pros:

Their wasn't anything I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

As soon as we entered the facility it smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. The pool was closed and I was told it would be ready 6am the following morning, it was closed for our entire stay. The suite was basic and the ac leaked thevwhole time causing the floor to be very wet. The room smelled awful. They closed the continental breakfast earlier than posted on Sunday morning until other guests complained in addition while waiting to use the toaster the staff was rude.The nearest store was very sketchy.

Pros:

Staff at the front desk were kind and respectful.

Cons:

A staff member (woman) serving breakfast on Sunday, June 14th, was rude and raised her voice at me without any reason. Then, acted like she didn't do anything wrong.
Plus, the room wasn't that clean.

Hat uns sehr gefallen. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
Pros:

Modernes Hotel, großes Zimmer, modernes Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang. Amerikanisches Standard-Frühstück inklusive. Athletikraum gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Frühstück unter der Woche leider nur bis 9:30 Uhr.
