Pros:

Le confort

Cons:

L'accueil du personnel, glacial, bête, la dame nous a donné la chambre qui est située dans le cubicule des ascenseurs donc très bruyant toute la nuit.
Le pire point est que le service de shuttle n'est jamais venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, même après 3 appels.

Nice and helpful front desk staff
Pros:

Logan and James helped with our check-in and were very nice. It took 3 tries to get our keys made so they worked, but they came to our room to try them and deliver and check the re-made ones. Breakfast was typical HIE, but clean and good. Room was nice and bed comfortable. We were at the end of the first floor near a door that went to the parking lot, but although it had a keypad, room keys did not open it, so you had to have someone on the inside let you in or go all the way around to the front.

I enjoyed my stay and everything was ok except the TV not working and there was no light in the roo.

Big rooms

Cons:

They will not reply on their messages. I came only a late flight (23:30) and asked for the shuttle to pick me up, but never replied. Thank god a shuttle of the normal Holiday inn wanted to bring me to the Holiday Expeess

Stay was OK, but never again will I stay?
Pros:

I liked that the area outside of the property. The hotel was OK. Breakfast was included every day that was great.

Cons:

The pool was under maintenance. Don't understand why it was closed. A employee had came into my hotel room. Why the we are not ready sign was placed on the front of the door talk to management and they said it was a simple mistake and I'm trying to figure out why was the employee still came into my hotel room and was not supposed to

I Will Never Stay Here Again

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Airport. Check-in was frustrating because our room keys didn't work, requiring three trips to the front desk before we could get into our room.

Once inside, we found multiple issues: a leaking, non-working refrigerator, a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain, broken vent trim, and visible mold above the shower.

When we reported the problems, we were told the hotel was sold out and no other rooms were available. No alternative accommodations were offered, despite the condition of the room.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of concern for the room's condition and the overall guest experience. Every guest deserves a clean, safe, and well-maintained room.

Usher and Chris Concert 🔥
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and polite and the breakfast was delicious (bacon , turkey sausage , eggs , pancakes, gravy biscuit and etc . The beds were comfortable also !!

Cons:

Parking wasn't that good due to some people cars were taking up 2 spaces instead if 1 parking space like they were supposed to have .
