Horrible
Pros:

It looks nice. That’s it.

Cons:

Elevators hardly work. We had NO WiFi which meant NO tv since it Roku and only runs on WiFi. I had to use the stairs up and down from the fifth floor multiple times with my service animal, who is an elderly canine. And the stairwells were nasty: condoms, spit, trash. Pee, I can go on.
Parking is horrible and dangerous. There’s a broken concrete pylon that someone can get hurt on or bust a tire.

Excellent stay with excellent service from the polite staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with variety of options....Location was good enough to reach or find easily.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. We were clearly hot and tired, so the front desk person set us up in a smaller room to wait for our room to be ready. This kindness was so needed and so appreciated.

Cons:

The room was clean and renovated but the bathroom door handle was very loose.

Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia, es lo único bueno a destacar de este hospedaje.

Cons:

Muy caro para la ubicación, es una zona bastante desorganizada y se siente peligrosa. Las atenciones son pésimas, no dormimos la primera noche ya que un huésped tuvo música encendida y nadie le llamó la atención. Escribí al privado y nadie respondió. Al día siguiente al salir del elevador solo se escuchaban gemidos. Fue una pésima experiencia. No lo recomendaría. Ni siquiera como un lugar de paso. Mejor toma algo un poco más costoso y de mejor calidad.

Never again!
Pros:

I was able to check in early and get a parking space. Bed were comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that there is only 3 parking spaces is crazy and you have to pay. That should be included in the stay. Plus the parking area is filled with so much garbage, broken a.c.

When we arrived to the room there was no toilet paper and when my husband reported it, they took forever to bring it. I had to go downstairs to the front desk AGAIN. The bathroom doorknob was broken. Hair on the washcloth. Now for the worst part. We were not told how to turn on the shower. Apparently its something new. But no one thought it was necessary to inform us. So one of was tried to wash up but the bathtub was not draining and filled up with water.
Next day on our way to check out, I told Neri what happened and she asked me if I wasn't explained. I said no. I was really disappointed because it was not cheap to stay here. The area is not the greatest.
Will not stay here again.
Only reason I chose this place was due to closeness of event I was attending.

Horrible would not tell anyone to stay
Pros:

Nothing the staff was unfriendly and it was nothing offered like Advertised for being out of town I would never stay again and I would not tell anyone else to stay there
