Pros:

Nothing to like, I was totally disappointed from staff to the room to have a reservations for parking and then getting there and having my reservations canceled for parking so I had no parking it was totally a bad experience I really want to refund

Cons:

I didn't like the fact of Mount that I paid the room is small I didn't like the fact that customer service there was poor I didn't like the fact that they're online when I booked the room I was able to reserve parking when I get to the establishment there is no parking Total refund should be in order

Do not stay at this hotel by any means necessary, HORRIBLE CONDITIONS
Pros:

Nothing about this hotel is good, the pictures is deceiving and the staff wasn't friendly nor helpful

Cons:

The AC working in the room, having to go to 3 different floors to find an ice machine as they moved the ice machine and didn't inform us, the sink clogged up, shower not working, used toilet paper.

Don't care about people only money
Pros:

Nothing could not stay because I was sick!!! Wouldn't issue credit for later date. Sad customer service

I didn't stay because I had a stomach virus and they wouldn't cancel or give me credit for a future stay

Great location
Pros:

Location, location, location. Everything you need is around the hotel and within walking distance. Very convenient to get to Yankee stadium.

Parking is very limited.
