Important information:

Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.

Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.

Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.

Parking reservation must be made prior to arrival. A special night or day rate is also available at the Cité du Vin car park located 164 feet away.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

L’emplacement est top. Les chambres sont grandes, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement ce qui a largement contribué au confort.

Cons:

Les parties communes (escaliers) n’étaient clairement pas propres et n’ont pas été nettoyées pendant les 4 nuits où j’ai dormi sur place.

Cons:

The lack of support upon our arrival was disappointing. We requested assistance with storing our luggage prior to check in; however, the staff were unwilling to help and repeatedly refused to handle our bags. This created an unwelcoming first impression and negatively impacted our overall experience.

Solo estuvimos una noche pero el apartamento tenía un montón de menaje como para cocinar, muy equipado. Limpio y buena atención en recepción. Recomendaría coger aparcamiento ya que por la zona a según que horas no es sencillo.

Tuve un pequeño incidente con el sofá cama que no era muy cómodo, pero para una noche fue suficiente.
