Important information:

Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.

Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.

Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.

Parking reservation must be made prior to arrival. A special night or day rate is also available at the Cité du Vin car park located 164 feet away.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. L'emplacement où est situé l'hôtel, manque de place de parking.
La literie était très confortable.

Cons:

La remonté des odeurs des égouts, le kit de premier jour qui n'a pas été remis ni proposé alors qu'il est proposé a Bordeaux lac des notre arrivée.

Bonne localisation mais des travaux sont à prévoir
Pros:

L’emplacement à côté de la cité des vins et proche de l’arrêt de Tram est un vrai atout. Le personnel était agréable et de bons services.

Cons:

Un vrai problème d’évacuation et donc d’odeurs dans le logement. Nous avons été relogés et là pas d’eau froide (douche brûlante) dans la nouvelle chambre. Le dépannage est venu 2 jours plus tard (pour cause de jour férié).

bien pour une nuit
Pros:

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet établissement à proximité de la cite du vin à Bordeaux, nous avons pu garer notre voiture pour 11 euros supplémentaire dans le parking.
Le logement était propre, calme, et nous avons pu laisser notre véhicule dans le parking le lendemain matin, le temps de visiter un peu la ville.
