Sehr schön aber sehr laut und Checkin System spinnt. Mitarbeiter nett aber nicht vor Ort.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Grosses Zimmer. Zentral.

Cons:

Sehr laut. Die Zimmerwande sind sehr dünn. Ich habe die ganze Nacht andauern Leute gehört. Sie gingen rein und raus. Zum Teil hörte es sich so an, als, ob jemand Zimmer reinigen wurden. Ich hörte laute Schritte.

Kein Personal. Sie sind nett aber nur auf Anruf ereichbar. Ich wurde an der Check-in Maschine nochmals angefordert, dass Zimmer zu bezahlen und erhilt trotzdem keinen Schlüssel. Nach ca. halbe Stunde Wartezeit ist jemand vor Ort gekommen und hat mir das Geld zurückbeazahlt und den Schlüsselgegeben. Eingentlich hatte ich nur 10 min für den Check in geplant und war damit 40 min damit beschäftigt. Sehr schlecht, wenn man einen Termin hat.

Visita de estudios en ZHAW
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca del centro y del campus ZHAW. Necesité un adaptador de enchufe y me lo dejaron amablemente. La cama y baño estaban limpios.

Cons:

La moqueta de la habitación estaba llena de manchas. En recepción normalmente no hay nadie y tienes que llamar, y el personal no habla mucho inglés, pero suficiente para entender lo básico. La pantalla de checkin de la entrada no funciona bien, queria volver a cobrar el coste de la habitación que ya se habia pagado a traves de Booking. Una noche hubo unos gritos continuados desde otra habitación, causados por otro huésped, pero ni la policía ni los del hotel pudieron hacer nada. Estando en la puerta del hotel a las 5 de la tarde, paró un coche delante mio y un señor me preguntó si trabajaba en el hotel, o si sabía si trabajaba allí una "señora que hace masajes", insistiéndome, me pareció muy creepy y sospechoso de qué tipo de actividades pasan en ese hotel.

Pros:

Ohne Frühstück gebucht. Lage zentral dafür abends etwas länger laut. Hatte deshalb die Fenster zu.

Cons:

Die anderen Gäste waren im Treppenhaus laut. Es gab auch andere hausinterne Geräusche.
Im Zimmer war die Lüftung vom Bad zu hören, die sich nicht ausschalten liess. Am späten Abend ging diese jedoch aus und auch sonst wurde es ruhig. Den Kühlschrank musste ich ausschalten, dieser gurgelte.
Es war sehr sauber bis auf den Teppich, der mich nicht so erfreute. Zimmerausstattung tiptop.
