Pros:

The room was nice with the comfortable beds . But we got a bit of issues then arrived they did see our booking even I gave at the reception all the proof that we book it . In overall it tooks around hour to fix the situation and it was already late . The receptionist wasn’t very helpful and stressed me out with his response, as I told later he was joking but it doesn’t sounds for me as a joke. He ask us to pay again for the room we paid already and even after proof on payment from the booking he still tell us that we living that night for free there .
It was a bit rude and not respectful, he don’t even tell us where we can eat in the morning or where is the pool and hove it’s work .it was seems like we owe him something.
But the other costumers he treated much better, so I don’t understand what was the problem.
I politely ask his to solve our problem with the room so maybe that’s he don’t like , but this is the part of his job.

Very comfortabke stay. Enjoyed the kitchen with large fridge and keurig maker.
Pros:

Bagels and yogurt and apples and bananas was good. My husband liked the scrambled eggs.

Cons:

I was hoping for hot waffles or pancakes. Some plain cereals like cheerios, cornflakes or rice krispes would have been nice.

Pros:

Hotel personnel was really helpful.
The location is ok, not too far from the city and not too far from the ski resorts in the area.

Cons:

The room was pretty cold. We tried to raise the temperature on the thermostat but even when put to the max, the AC just pushes cold air.

Standard hotel, not really worth the price
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchenette in the room was quite well equipped, though we didn't use it. Easy parking.

Cons:

The price was high for what you got. The breakfast was just sad. Disposable plates/cutlery and dirty tables. Mostly industrial options (muffins, bagels, cereal), instant porridge pouches, scrambled eggs made of powder, small yogurt cups, some fruit (if you came early enough).

We could hear noise from other rooms through the air vent in the bathroom. The room had mirrors only inside the bathroom (wall mirror was awkwardly placed behind the bathroom door). The staff was friendly, but check-out took very long (apparently the receptionist failed to understand how combined credit/debit card works).

Pros:

Even though I checked in online in advance of arrival it still took 5 minutes at reception to repeat all of the previous steps.
No tissues in the room.
