Cons:

There were dirty drinking glasses in the cabinet that I needed to wash before use. Don't drive past the entrance to the hotel...garbage lines the streets.

The staff was clueless and didn’t know anything about the job of the hotel and couldn’t offer anything for compensation for the mistake that kept happening so unfair to my children and myself

It was fine for what it was, but nothing special and not a great value for the cost.
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room. One of the ladies at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The sofa was sunken in the middle, the toiletries -shampoo, conditioner and body wash - were too highly fragranced. It would be better to have unscented, especially for those sensitive to fragrances.
The gentleman at the front desk was grumpy and surly.
The bar was closed on the weekend, and they didn't offer decaf coffee on the weekend. VERY inconsiderate for those who CANNOT have caffeine.

Great for a post flight night!
Pros:

We stayed here for just one night, post our long flight from the UK.
Got the free shuttle bus from the airport, which was most appreciated.
Hotel was clean, and had everything that we needed for a good night's sleep.
All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming.
Would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again, should the need arise.
