The only positive aspect of the property was its convenient location. Unfortunately, the room condition and service experience did not meet expectations.

Cons:

The room was not properly maintained. The curtains were not working, and the power socket for the water kettle was faulty. We also faced an issue with our booking, where two rooms were booked but the reservation showed only one adult per room. Instead of resolving what appeared to be a system error, we were asked to pay extra charges. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and handling of the booking issue were disappointing.

Great for a transit or if you don't want to rush for an early morning flight.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport, specially if you have to catch an early morning flight.

Cons:

Doesn't meet the Radisson standard on any point. Bathrooms were not clean as expected from a good hotel. The commode seat was rickety. They don't have any shuttle service to the Airport, which is a great disappointment.
