The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and cleaned daily. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! We originally stayed for 2 nights in a Sea View Room, but loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 2 nights and upgraded to the Sea View Junior Suite.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Melik, who made us feel so welcome and assisted us with everything from arrival to departure.

The location was fantastic - within walking distance of everything. Taksim Square is only about a 4-minute walk away, Galataport is around 15 minutes on foot, and there are countless restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and small shops nearby where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, wine, and anything else you might need.

The Bosphorus views were simply breathtaking. I could have spent all day every day on the balcony and never wanted to leave! 😅 I wish there was 36 hours in a day.

I was genuinely surprised to read some reviews complaining about the location. In my opinion, it couldn't have been much better. Yes, the hotel is on a steep hill - but that's true for almost all of Istanbul. It's simply part of the city's charm.

I didn't like the place; it needs maintenance and more attention to cleanliness. However, the staff were wonderful.

I loved the kindness of the staff.

Cons:

The place is on a steep slope, making it difficult to reach. Cleanliness was poor; even the bathroom amenities hadn't been changed since our arrival, and one of the towels was torn. When we asked for an iron, there was only one available, which they circulated throughout the hotel. There was also a water leak, and the way the beds were made was poor

Pros:

The suite was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-designed. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, and the hospitality from the host/staff was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Отель с лучшим видом
Pros:

Берите номера с видом на Босфор, главное чтоб этаж был 3 и выше. Вид с балкона волшебный, можно часами сидеть и смотреть как живет пролив. Скажу что вид компенсирует все потертости отеля. Персонал отзывчивый, приятный в общении. Порадовало что говорили с нами на нашем языке.

Cons:

Район очень холмистый, учитывайте что придется ходить вверх и вниз, есть улицы-лестницы, это впечатляет! Номера слегка затертые, но не критично, если у вас видовой номер!
