Very good but ....
Pros:

Nice and cooperative staff (reception, kitchen and housekeeping). Very good location.

Cons:

Room size is not correct. bedroom area is not more than 15 sq.m. bathroom area is not more 4 sq.m . Areas are not as mention in Booking.com. I think this is cheating and the management should be honest. Also Booking.com should check this also.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had everything we needed.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many places in Istanbul. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options.

What we appreciated most was the warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality!

Very Good hotel with very missy and random reception
Pros:

The location was excellent, the room surface was great , air condition excellent , bathroom very good, i got free airport shuttle as a compensation of giving my reserved room to another person.

Cons:

The reception was missy and don’t have control up on reservations, so you will get room other than that you reserve on booking (they dont commit to what you had reserve) and you will hear multiple causes and lies from differnt reception employees, bad lightening of rooms, very basic breakfast.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, davanti alla fermata del tram e del bus
La camera è pulita, con tutto il necessario

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, nell’edificio c’è spesso puzza di fumo di sigaretta
