The suite was clean
The suites bathtub on the terrace was overlooking an active construciton site and was right above the stairs- where other people see you when they walk upto their suite. The water was real dirty for the bathtub- yellowish and not warm. The terrace also lacked a privacy screen and other peoplecan walk to it. Also 4 aircon units on it
My room with the bathtub balcony was incredible!
Хорошее расположение, чистый отель, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Есть все принадлежности для душа, меняют полотенца, есть набор для чая и кофе. При заезде пересекались в номер с балконом- понравился номер.
Из минусов, хотя к отелю прямого отношения не имеет, рядом есть ресторан с живой музыкой, которая звучит допоздна.
The beach is literally less than 5min. walk from the hotel, so many restaurants within minutes of walk, check-in was smooth, place was clean. If you are staying in Unawatuna, try this area.. you won't regret it.
A Queen bed should be one bed with extra width, we had found 2 single beds merged together and there was the seam in between. The rooms that are street facing - can get hot during summer, the AC felt a little underpowered but thankfully there was ceiling fan- so we had to run both.

Рядом стройка начиная с 7 утра бесконечный шум, на матрасах просто невозможно спать, скрип от каждого движения, когда выезжали привезли новые. Полы грязные еще и под конец из канализации на кухне прорвало трубу залило пол. В ванной плохо уходит вода заливает половину ванной. Завтраки не очень
Booked 4th floor room as it was all that was available - no lift!
You can see the sea however view isnt super pleasant as over an alley and seems to be field of junk..

There were molds on the wall in the bathroom, which is understandable in such climate, however it could be cleaned up
Its a crowdy place, so dont expect to much. The Hotel is clean and the stuff is very helpull.
The name Baywatch could be some misunderstanding. There is no Baywatch, not even from the Hotel, nor the streets, nor the Restaurants. There are only Hotels, Hotels, People, Tuc Tucs, Tourists.... The worst place to stay for your Holidays.

We were given ground floor room / Claustra phobic / Sunlight coming into room from a glass window not coverable hence sleeping during day time is difficult / Small room
May be other floor rooms are more enjoyable. However we did not get one of those and property did not inform it during booking process.
