Le rideau occultant et le fait d'avoir qu une seule prise à côté du lit
Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce w sercu Ostrowa Tumskiego. Hotel jest idealny dla osób szukających ciszy, a jednocześnie bliskości ścisłego centrum Wrocławia. Pokój był czysty i bardzo wygodny. Cały personel to niezwykle mili i uprzejmi pracownicy, którzy od samego progu dbają o komfort gości – ogromne podziękowania za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania oraz bezproblemowe przygotowanie pysznych pakietów śniadaniowych na wynos. Obsługa naprawdę wychodzi naprzeciw potrzebom. Z przyjemnością wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie we Wrocławiu!

Is centrally located.
Was a bit old a run down but kept clean.
Die Lage ist einmalig zentral und dennoch ruhig. Parkplätze gegen Gebühr ausreichend vor dem Haus. Gutes Frühstück, Dusche und WiFi. Bis auf die Zimmer unterm Dach eine klare Empfehlung.
Die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Blick auf Dach und Technik sind nicht zu empfehlen. Hier gab es auch Lärmprobleme.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysty i wygodny pokój
This is now the third time I have stayed in this hotel and it has never disappointed. Staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent - choice and quality - and proximity to the Cathedral makes this an amazing place to stay. The room is clean, good size, comfortable, even with Cathedral views. It is excellent value for money, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
The cafe/bar closing at 9pm on a Friday seems a little early (also the nearby restaurant). The hotel offers discounts for the restaurant and the cafe/bar, but I was told that I couldn't use them when I went to pay (either too late, or doesn't apply to alcoholic drinks). Also, a reminder to guests not to use the reclining chair in the hallway for loud phone conversations after a certain time would make the experience more comfortable for all.
La zona è piuttosto vicina al centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi in circa 15/20 minuti. La cattedrale è vicinissima all'hotel.
La nota positiva è la colazione, varia e abbondante.
La struttura è datata, la hall piuttosto cupa e i letti a una piazza e mezza
