AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This property has lied to us and we were never able to access our room!

Nothing, we never even got access to the room.

Cons:

We arrived at 8.15pm and couldn't get access to reception. We rang the bell on and off for 15 minutes and also called the number provided. The number went to a voicemail with no option to leave a message and the door was never answered. Eventually someone leaving let us in to reception but nothing changed. There was no one there and still no answer to the bell. We took photos to prove we had been there and emailed the property through Booking.com at 8.45pm and eventually left with no answer and had to book another hotel close by. (The Ibis, good value and staff on reception!) The property answered our email at 11.20pm stating they were waiting for us and refused to refund our room! We still don't know where they were between 8.15pm (our arrival time) and 11.20pm but they were not in reception. We are now taking legal action to recover our money.

Une petite chambre qui pourrait être idéale, mais pour le dépannage en l'état.
Pros:

L'emplacement en plein centre ville. Proximité Place Stanislas, gare et lieux du colloque.
Le sourire du personnel.
La propreté.

Cons:

Cette petite chambre avec 1 lit simple demande a être rénovée. La propreté est bonne (le ménage est bien fait, le linge propre), mais la peinture des murs et des menuiseries est à refaire (traces noires, écailles), le revêtement de sol est ancien et pas agréable, le carrelage de la salle de bain se décolle au sol.
Le matelas et sommier sont mous. Le ventilateur bruyant. Les escaliers d'accès aux derniers étages sont défectueux.
Des travaux sont peut-être envisagés par la direction pour améliorer le visuel et l'ambiance de cette chambre.

Wir haben hier nicht übernachtet.
Cons:

Die gebuchten Zimmer entsprachen nur teilweise den Fotos auf der Plattform und fielen insgesamt deutlich ab. Zusätzlich waren sämtliche Parkplätze im Umfeld komplett belegt. Nach der Erstbesichtigung haben wir uns gegen einen Bezug entschieden und kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft gebucht. Keine Empfehlung.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix-situation géographique, dommage pour le voisin bruyant !
Pros:

Accueil général super, chambre vieillotte mais très propre, rapport qualité-prix du déjeuner très bien, situation par rapport au centre parfaite, personnel super gentil !

Cons:

La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un un espace intérieur entre des bâtiments et nous avions un voisin très bruyant et peu inquiet de respecter le sommeil des clients de l'hôtel, dommage !

Petit déjeuner très industriel. Mais vu le prix, on s'en doute.

Cons:

Ils n'ont pas de bol. Après leurs travaux, c'est juste en dessous de leurs fenêtres qu'il y a des travaux. Mais cela ne va pas durer.
