The room was exceptionally clean and up to date, the bed, pillows and linens were comfy. The in-room coffee maker was upscale. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had with lots of choice. Staff served the hot foods which ensured the preservation of quality and hygiene. The coffee maker, operated by staff, rivalled a coffee shop! Every staff member we encountered during our stay was genuinely friendly and attentive. Even the grounds were well-kept and we really appreciated the welcome gift for our pooch too! We will definitely return.
The comfort and the view was terrific! Windows needed a Good Clean but 26 series up...🤷
Parking...the people at the desk didn't know that a minivan would fit underground! There was many of the same model parked. It was annoying...especially if I hadn't checked....they'd have me park a distance from the hotel. Was bad enough that I had to pay extra for parking. At approx. $400 per night it should be included!
The breakfast....flavorless! I have stayed in less expensive places and their breakfasts are 99% very good and with a good variety. If you are going to have eggs, sausage and anything else that is a hot option....make sure it has flavour and not for one to ask themselves....why did I bother...and who did they create this for!? 🤔🤷
