Pros:

We had an amazing stay! They kindly upgraded us to a beautiful mountain view room. They also fulfilled our request by arranging lovely flower petals on the bed completely free of charge. Exceptional service!

It was situated in the most beautiful place. Looked luxurious.

It was quit dirty, the room was full of dust, sofa was and carpets were very dirty. They need to give the place a good deep clean

The spa was clean, I received a complimentary upgrade, and the staff were friendly, the view of the mountains - specially at sunset- was stunning, there was plenty of parking as well, and the breakfast had a great variety of options
