Das Hotel ist top. Es hat alles, was man braucht, superfreundliche Menschen an der Rezeption, ein tolles Zimmer, eine wunderbare Aussicht, kostenfreie Parkplätze, auch wenn die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug sehr abenteuerlich ist und eng.
Das Hotel hat Stil,der Frühstücksraum ist außerordentlich, das Frühstück für 13,50 € wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig. Tolle Auswahl. Viel Kunst an den Wänden und auch die Flure sind mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad ist wunderbar, eine Dusche mit ordentlich Wasserdruck.
Super, auch die Lage des Hotels, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und der Rückweg mit Rolltreppen und Aufzügen ist witzig und außergewöhnlich. Das Hotel würden wir jederzeit und jedem empfehlen und in Santander auch immer wieder buchen. Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit der beiden Hosts begeistert. und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt völlig. Zehn von zehn Punkten.
Alles wunderbar- es gab nichts auszusetzen
Elegimos el hotel por lo del parking gratuito. Está en una zona tranquila y no tuvimos problema para aparcar (estuvimos entre semana). Está cerca de un ascensor por lo cual se llega rápidamente caminando al centro, así que la ubicación muy bien. La habitación estaba bien, la cama cómoda, solo echamos de menos una iluminación más adecuada en el área del escritorio (una mesita pequeña pero suficiente si necesitas trabajar por algunas horas). El baño limpio. El personal super amable y muy pendientes de todo. El último día nos pareció más cómodo desayunar en hotel, pero no lo recomendamos (pero creemos que los desayunos de hotel se están empeorando de manera general).
La iluminación escasa en el área del escritorio y el desayuno.

Solo quedaba una habitación y no era un poco oscura
Habitación muy oscura con ventana que no entraba ni luz …nada que ver con las fotos cuando haces la reserva mal
Parking fue gratuito y las sábanas y el baño estaban limpios.
El personal de recepción, muy amable.
Nos pusieron en una habitación que prácticamente era un sótano, solo tenía una mini ventana que no podías abrir porque daba directamente a la escalera en una calle y podía entrar cualquiera a tu habitación
El personal del desayuno fue muy maleducado, y el desayuno fue HORRIBLE , nunca había cubiertos, el embutido que había estaba cortado a mano de por lo menos medio centímetro de grosor y era imposible comerlo.
Los donuts y los croissant estaban resesos, estaba claro que no eran frescos del día, sino de ayer o de incluso dos días, dado que estaban duros y no se podían comer.
Cada cosa que necesitabas tenías que esperar un montón, porque la chica que trabajaba en el desayuno nunca tenía nada preparado y varios trabajadores con el móvil, en vez de estar atendiendo el salón de desayunos, porque no había nada
No había mantequilla, no había cucharillas y tampoco tenedores
Por no hablar de la higiene y de que el salón de desayuno no invita a quedarse, sino más bien a irse.
El baño que se podía usar al lado de la sala de desayunos, estaba todo roto casi no se podía usar.
En general, la decoración al entrar parece de un Hotel genial, pero la experiencia es horrible.
Fuimos muy felices cuando nos marchamos del lugar
Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, 15 min. Fußweg in's Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Bad ist groß und bietet viele Ablageflächen. Die Dusche ist top. Im Zimmer ist ein Kaffeeautomat mit Kaffeekapseln.
Das Frühstück ist guter Standard mit einem großen Kuchenangebot. Auch viel Obst ist vorhanden.
Das Auto konnten wir kostenfrei vor dem Hotel abstellen. Eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.
