Cons:

The rooms weren't even clean enough. They had a strange smell. The breakfast was bad. The eggs were freezing cold and there weren't many other breakfast options.

Pros:

The location was about 10 miles away from the actual falls which is downtown Niagara Falls, now the hot breakfast is always a plus overall I'll stay again. Maybe housekeeping should vacuum the hallways other than that it was awesome an thank you guys 😊

House keeping work very hard every morning cleaning all them rooms an they do an amazing job with the rooms but the hallways need a il attention

very great stay
Pros:

Great staff, clean facility and breakfast was great. Room was clean and the beds was very comfortable. Staff was helpful with trolly tickets to the fall and was complimentary for the hotel.

Niagara falls weekend trip

Not too far from niagsra falls

Cons:

Pillows were bad not comfortable at all, didn't get any sleep.remote control wasn't working for the tv. Fire alarm went off at 7am and again an hour later. No towels in the pool area. Had to go get hand soap none was left in our room when we checked in.

The cleanliness was not the best. There were stains throughout the carpet, and walls. They were not stocked with towels and washcloths. There was a bad mildew smell throughout the first floor.

Overall, I'll stay here again and recommend to friends
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The location was good.

Cons:

The staff didn't seem to know how to check us out. It took a long time to get a printed receipt. The eggs at breakfast did not taste like eggs.

Bad experience
Pros:

I do not recommend staying at La Quinta Inn in Niagara Falls!! To start with there was so much trash outside of the place, in the parking lot and in the bushes. We waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check us in, there was a disgusting smell throughout the place, the elevator sounded and felt like it was going to break down. The hallway carpets had an unbelievable amount of stains. The bottom of the pool had paint coming off of it. The room had worn out furniture, filthy windows and it was obvious that the rugs and bathroom floor weren't cleaned. With the exception of 1 housekeeper the staff was cold and not friendly at all.
We stayed at a La Quinta in Prescott Arizona and it was beautiful, I guess I expected the same here and was extremely disappointed. For what the charge per night we deserve better.

No habia shampoo y deposito no reembolsado en su totalidad
