That it was pet friendly

Cons:

That you would think the pet fee would of been already included in the price. I was told it would only be a 150.00 hold until check out then I realized they held and additional 709. When my say was only 509 plus the extra 25 a day for my pet. The breakfast was good but the pool was down all weekend.

fire alarm went off 2 times during the night- told next morning it is malfunctioning. pillows hard as rocks walls thin. people running and noisy all night management didn’t get them to stop

The front desk staff was amazing!

Cons:

This property is very outdated. It also not maintained so things are getting old and rusted. The amount of spiders in this property was ridiculous, coming from a family who is afraid of spiders made all of us extremely uncomfortable. Also the breakfast in the morning was chaotic not enough seating area nor staff keep up to maintain enough sitting for everyone.

Proximity to shops & restaurants. Not far from highways. Absolutely incredible housekeeping ladies were so kind…kudos for hiring these wonderful women!!

Pros:

Terrible and Unacceptable Experience

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed at this hotel because we simply wanted to get some rest for one night, but instead it turned into a nightmare.
From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell. The curtains were dirty/stained, the bed had visible stains, and the bedding did not feel fresh or properly clean. The pillows were also extremely old and uncomfortable.
The worst part of our stay was the constant alarm noise during the night. The alarm went off three times, and we were repeatedly woken up by the noise. Between approximately 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM, we could not sleep at all. Our children became very distressed and could not calm down, so instead of resting, we spent the night trying to comfort them.
When we contacted the front desk, the staff treated the situation as if it were completely normal and did not take our concerns seriously. When we asked for compensation so that we could move to another hotel, we were told, “Nobody else has complained except you.” Later, after speaking with other guests, we learned that two or three other rooms had also complained and some guests had left the hotel.
This response from management was especially disappointing and made us feel that our concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed.
The combination of the unpleasant smell, dirty and stained room, old bedding and pillows, repeated alarms throughout the night, and the staff’s lack of responsibility made this an extremely disappointing and stressful stay.
We came here to rest for one night and left exhausted after a sleepless and frightening night with our children. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.
