restaurant and food options not great compared to Leela hotels . Staff couldn't speak English or any south indian languages and were unable to help or provide proper info
The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport, which makes it a great choice for a short stay or transit.
A special thank you to Khim at the reception for the warm welcome and excellent service. I would also like to appreciate the gentleman from Bihar who kindly assisted me with my luggage, as well as the receptionist who helped me during check-out. They were all friendly, courteous,( sorry couldn’t remember their names )
The room felt a bit outdated compared to similar properties I have stayed at.
Although I only stayed for a few hours, I found it difficult to locate the restaurants as no information was provided during check in apart from being told that the hotel has three restaurants. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the front desk provided a brief overview of the hotel’s facilities, dining options, and available amenities during check-in.
Additionally, the in-villa dining prices were quite expensive. Considering the overall room rate and dining costs, I expected better value for the price paid.

At check in at 12:30am, they did not ask how my flight was and not very friendly.
Stains on the pillows and when mentioned it at check out they did not seem to be too concerned.

I called room service twice regarding a Wi-Fi connection issue and requested assistance. Despite being told someone would be sent, I waited for an extended period and no one arrived.

The Taj Bangalore is an outstanding airport hotel. The property is beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and offers spacious, luxurious rooms with extremely comfortable beds—perfect for a restful night’s sleep before or after a flight.
Its location is hard to beat, with excellent access to the airport. It’s an easy walk across the road to the Domestic Terminal (T1), making early departures or late arrivals incredibly convenient.
The dining was another highlight. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets offered an impressive selection of high-quality food, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The coffee was excellent, and the South Indian food was particularly impressive.
If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service close to Bengaluru Airport, I highly recommend the Taj Bangalore. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers.
The only downsides were the price, which is quite high, even by Australian standards, and the fact that the hotel is split across two wings. Dinner was only available in the other wing during my stay, requiring a short walk. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting.
Greast location next to the Airport, with easy walking access. High Standard Hotel, rooms were very clean and well kept, Breakfast was good, and Gym was Ok for a quick workout....
Dining options limited to two outlets.. but thye food was really good.. personally I do like a seperate Bar area to relax and have a drink, herer you have to sit in the lobby area...

There was nothing that I did not like... The dinner spread wasn't that impressive, it could have been better and overall the other menu was good.
