Had a fantastic stay at the Taj Hotel! A huge thank you to Anjesha (Duty Manager) for managing everything so seamlessly and ensuring our stay was flawless. Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended for Business Trips
Pros:

I recently stayed here and had a great experience. The property is very cool, exceptionally neat, and perfect for business days.

The entire staff is highly professional, but I want to give a special mention to Anjesha, the Duty Manager, and Sahana, the Front Office Executive. Their exceptional service and helpful attitude truly made a difference during my visit.

I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling for work. I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfekt Stoppover at Bangalore AIRPORT
Pros:

As a family of three traveling all the way from Germany to India for our annual trip, a seamless and comfortable layover is always a top priority. We recently chose the Taj Bangalore for our stopover right at Kempegowda International Airport, and the location could not have been more convenient. The service, including the pickup and drop, was really helpful and made our transit completely stress-free.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel team went above and beyond to take incredible care of us. Traveling with a 9-year-old son can sometimes be exhausting after long flights, but the staff here was exceptionally warm and attentive. We would like to specifically mention Ms. Anjeesha and her team for their wonderful support—they truly know how to make a family feel welcome and relaxed.
The facilities are very good—everything is completely spotless and well-maintained, providing the exact peaceful environment we needed to recharge before continuing our journey.
I must also give a special mention to the culinary team and the dining options. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a fantastic variety of delicious choices that kept the whole family happy. We also really appreciated their 24-hour dining facility, which is incredibly convenient when dealing with jet lag or odd flight times!
Since we make this journey every year, we have definitely found our new go-to stopover destination. Highly recommended to any family needing a restful, high-quality break with true hospitality!

Taj Hotel Bangalore experience
Pros:

Hotel was excellent but the service was even better! Every staff member was very attentive and respectful of the guests needs. Special kudos to Adisti Singh for taking time to stop by and make sure I was having a pleasant experience. Also, staff at the breakfast place were vereeeeery good.

Warm welcome upon arrival. All staff behaved in a highly professional manner. Arpitha clearly explained the stay details and was very helpful in ensuring i could catch my flight on time.

Cons:

Would stay again for efficiency.
Pros:

Very clean, great of overnight stay near airport, efficient shuttle (car) to airport in the AM, and nice comfortable room. Pleasant gate staff, bell boys and car driver.

Cons:

Tired check in staff. Hot shower gave intermittent blasts of cold water (5:15AM). The coffee in the room (instant packets) was a disgrace, No direct email address provided for the specific Taj hotel (Devanahalli) office.
