Location, comfort, staff
Would have preferred clarity about East / West wing
Location is good. Within airport premise.
Property is neat and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and courteous staff.
They have invested time to listen to the feedback.
Facilities are available, just lack of signposting makes the experience less pleasant. Following are some of the examples:
1. From airport to hotel, there are no easy to spot signboards for people to come to hotel. Its frustrating, especially when one has to walk with luggage in hand / dragging the bags, and then taking wrong turns few times.
2. Similarly, finding reception, finding swimming pool/ spa, restaurants, banquet hall is not easy. There are very sparingly posted and hard-to-spot signboards.
Its nightmare to find your room in a maze of two wings and 350 rooms. I have met 3 more people who faced similar issue like me.

3. The food taste is not living up-to the standard one would expect at TAJ!
4. There is a mix of veg and non-veg dishes with hard to read smaller font dish names. If you are using prescription glasses, its not an easy task.
5. There is no established process of feedback form, neither at banquet hall, nor at check-out counter.
That makes it hard to provide feedback. One has to go online and type. Often the detailing may be missed.
Note:
Thankfully staff and management made extraordinary efforts to listen to the feedback and promised to look into the points. I am leaving this feedback here so the implemented changes can actually be experienced against this as a baseline status.

Lack of see food varieties in buffet
The staff at the buffet were excellent. They guided my parents who are seniors to the buffet and assisted them so well. Thank you so much. I was also amazed at the staff available at thw reception area that helped calm my mother when she found that my Dad was not feeling well. Sorry about sendong the late review. Sincerely, very thankful to the amazing staff.

We had an early morning flight to catch and decided to stop by the Taj Bangalore airport hotel for a quick breakfast—and it turned out to be an awesome decision!
First Impressions
Even though we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel reception was operating with the efficiency and vibrant energy you would normally expect during peak business hours. Both the reception area and the restaurant were amazingly well-kept, spotless, and incredibly welcoming.
Food & Service
The service was truly outstanding. The staff was attentive and quick, ensuring we had everything we needed before our flight without ever making us feel rushed. The breakfast itself was fantastic—the idli and dosa were fresh and perfectly prepared, and naturally, starting the day with a flawless cup of coffee.
If you are flying out of Bangalore and need a high-quality, quick meal before your flight, I highly recommend stopping here. The exceptional standards and warm hospitality shine through at any hour of the day.

Rooms were spacious and well kept.
Breakfast was amazing and the service at breakfast was great.
Although the location is less than 5 minutes drive there is no free shuttle service from the international airport to the hotel.
The overall Taj service was really admirable. Excellent property, really spacious and well maintained.
The room tariff seemed on the higher side as view from room was a car park!
