Nunca encuentro cama ni almohada cómoda, hasta que llegué al hotel Intercontinental Real SD.

Cons:

Que no haya conexión con el parqueo , hay que salir a la calle de nuevo. Pero es un detalle que se pierde con los detalles del hotel.

Weekend with the family

Great weekend stay at the InterContinental Real Santo Domingo with the family. Check-in was quick and smooth, our status was recognized, and the staff was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Comfortable stay. Would definitely go back
Pros:

We liked the room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Cons:

1. The shower head was to high and the water spread too wide and it was difficult to wash my hair.
2. Not much pressure in the shower (maybe shower head was clogged)
3. Pancake and waffle could be better and fluffier
4. Swimmingpool was quite cold
5. The glass wall at the pool needs deep cleaning. It's stained with watermarks
