A magnificent hotel, excellent staff, wonderful location! This isn’t my first time staying here, and I’m very pleased!

The room was clean and the location was convenient, close to Jomtien Beach.

Cons:

The hotel did not provide basic amenities such as toothpaste and a toothbrush. The air conditioning was not working properly, and when I called for assistance, nobody came to check it. One staff member also spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Breakfast was included in my booking, but there was actually nothing available for breakfast.
