При бронировании было указано, что оплата при заселении, мы это и выбрали. Но нас по приезду в отель не заселили, объясн

Ничего. Сотрудник отеля написала, что нас не заселят если мы не внесем оплату до 12.00. На что я ответил, что мы подтверждаем заезд и уже приземлились в Бангкоке , скоро будем выдвигаться в сторону Паттайи , отеля

Улучшить качество уборки, обновить полотенца
Pros:

Локация достаточно удобная.

Cons:

Очень шумно от дороги, даже ночью. Полотенце после первого дня меняли на рваные, при замене постельного- меняли все раздельно в разные дни. Почему нельзя заменить весь комплект постельного белья сразу?

New staff, new problems.

Cons:

I booked and was asked for confirmation two times during the week. On both times I replied with confirmation. However, when I arrived, I was told they had no room, even though I had confirmed that I would be there.
I have stayed at Grand Residence Jomtien in the past and have always been happy with my stay. But with different staff, the hotel has gone backwards.

NOTHING never got the chance to stay

Cons:

Despite booking months in advance and reconfirming twice as requested by the hotelI was informed 24 hours prior to arrival that room was not available due to crisis in the middle east. This resulted in booking an inferior hotel at additional cost

Excellent stay with great comfort, location, and hospitality.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the property. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was great, close to Jomtien Beach and convenient for exploring nearby places. The peaceful atmosphere made the stay even more relaxing.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well managed and comfortable during my stay.
