Pros:

Sehr gute Verpflegung ob Frühstück oder Abendessen reichlich Auswahl, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Cons:

Einziges Manko der fernseher ist doch recht klein, an großen Wand ist reichlich platz für ein größeres Modell.

Miejsce warte polecenia, czyste wnętrza, wysokie, budynek z historią, przemiła, pomocna obsługa, stosunkowo duże pokoje hotelowe, spójny wystrój wnętrz, wygodne łóżka, przepyszne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadania, możliwość zamówienia obiadokolacji, basen niewielki, ale wystarczający, nie był szczególnie oblegany ( hotel posiada dwa), do tego sauna, jacuzzi, strefa spa dodatkowo płatna, ceny bardzo konkurencyjne, w hotelu ciepło, cicho, park wokół zadbany, zewnętrzna siłownia, plac zabaw, sporo przestrzeni. Na plus: niezłe wi-fi, winda w budynku, dostęp do wody pitnej na korytarzach, ręczniki na basenie, saunie, możliwość wymiany ręczników czy sprzątnięcia pokoju bezproblemowa.

Brak możliwości całkowitego zasłonięcia/ zaciemnienia okien, latem by mi to przeszkadzało.

Personel super, bardzo pomocny.. Bardzo ale to naprawdę bardzo smaczne jedzenie. Nigdy niczego nie brakowało, wszystko uzupelniane na bieżąco. Z pewnych względów zdrowotnych potrzebowaliśmy często gorącą wodą do małego termosu, nigdy nie było z tym problemu na kuchni. Czystość i porządek tam gdzie byliśmy jak najbardziej na duże uznanie. Duży plus za dystrybutory wody na korytarzach ale może warto by odblokować opcję gorącej wody....

Może te kilka miejsc dla osób z kartą znacznej niepełnosprawności powinno być zwolnione z opłaty?

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier im Residenz Gebäude und waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Die Abendessenzeiten bis 19.00 Uhr fanden wir zu kurz und das Bad könnte auch länger geöffnet bleiben.

Ich komme sehr gern wieder.
Pros:

Das ganze Gelände ist sehr schön anzusehen und das Spa ist auch sehr schön. Mir hat die Infrarotsauna sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wir hatten nur einen wackeligen Toilettensitz, aber sonst war alles super.

Hotel położony wśród pięknego drzewostanu. Można korzystać z małej architektury ogrodowej do odpoczynku wśród zieleni. Wieczorem minikoncert muzyczny. Pyszne śniadania i dodatkowo można wykupić obiad lub obiadokolację. Oprócz tego wykwitna restauracja a la carte. Pokoje idealnie wyciszone, przytulne. Naprawdę komfortowo! Na korytarzach dostęp do filtrowanej wody.

W moim pokoju nie było zestawu do parzenia kawy lub herbaty ani czajnika.
