Příjemný, moderně zařízený hotel s bazénem v krásné zahradě se vzrostlými stromi
Pros:

Moderně zařízené pokoje v Rezidenci, krásný park kolem hotelu, vstřícný personál a pestré snídaně s velkým množstvím uzenin, sýrů a pomazánek, či specialit z vajíček. Taky bazén byl velmi příjemný.

Cons:

Káva při snídani trošku hořká, jakoby přepálená.
Voda ve vířivce byla trošku studenější než bývá zvykem

Pros:

Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fand ich den Parkbereich mit Café und Bar. Dort gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, und es ist ein angenehmer Ort zum Lesen und Entspannen. Das Restaurant in der Anlage hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen, auch wenn die Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten eher klein ist. Die Salzgrotte war ein weiteres Highlight. Der Strand ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wer Spa-Behandlungen buchen möchte und nur wenige Tage bleibt, sollte die Termine bereits vor der Anreise reservieren, da diese schnell ausgebucht sind.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com. Es wirkte deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos. Das Bett stand direkt vor dem Fenster, sodass man sich regelrecht verrenken musste, um es zu öffnen. Die Matratze war zudem sehr sehr weich, wodurch das Aufstehen am Morgen unangenehm war.
Mein Zimmer befand sich direkt über der Küche bzw. dem Lieferbereich. Da es bei geschlossenem Fenster zu warm war, musste ich nachts lüften. Dadurch wurde ich jedoch bereits ab etwa 6 Uhr morgens durch Anlieferungen und Arbeitsgeräusche geweckt. Zusätzlich war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut, und auch ein Generator außerhalb des Gebäudes war ständig zu hören.
Auf Booking.com wird das Zimmer mit einem „Ausblick“ beworben. Tatsächlich blickte ich lediglich auf einen Parkplatz. Das war für mich irreführend.
Das Hotel richtet sich meiner Einschätzung nach eher an ein älteres Publikum. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl zwar in Ordnung, insgesamt wirkte der Speisesaal jedoch sehr voll und erinnerte zeitweise eher an eine Kuranstalt als an ein Urlaubshotel. Den Pool habe ich kaum genutzt, da er häufig überfüllt war.
Im Sommer sollte man außerdem mit sehr vielen Moskitos rechnen. Auch im Zimmer waren ständig welche. Wegen der hohen Decken konnte man sie kaum erwischen, sodass ich nach den Nächten entsprechend stark zerstochen war.
Insgesamt hat das Hotel einige Stärken – vor allem das freundliche Personal, die schöne Parkanlage und die Gastronomie. Die Zimmer, die Lärmsituation und die Diskrepanz zwischen den Fotos und der Realität haben meinen Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich weniger angenehm gemacht.

Rozczarowanie.

Jedzenie pierwszego dnia.

Cons:

Oszustwo którego hotel się dopuścił był zamówiony pokój z balkonem a dostaliśmy gołębnik z dachowymi oknami bez wiatraka . Personel obsługujący i w niedzielę i w poniedziałek brak szacunku dla klienta próbował jeszcze wmówić że to nasza wina brak kompetencji.Na śniadaniu w środę chleb spleśniały.Generalnie zero przejęcia tym że nie wywiązali się Państwo z umowy opłaconej przez nas.Dziwne było to że przez przypadek mieliśmy kontakt z ludźmi których również to spotkało i po odstąpieniu od umowy dostali zdjęcia swego pokoju w my jakoś nie dziwne.Dostali jednak pokój z balkonem.Nam zaproponowano rezygnację z opłaty za parking.Jestesmy zbulwersowani takim podejściem do Czekamy zatem na odpowiedź z Państwa strony .

Die Hotelanlage befindet sich in einem ansprechenden Zustand. Auch die Terrassen sind sehr schön.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, dennoch handelt es sich um ein ansprechendes Zimmer.

Rozsądna opcja w dobrym standardzie
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, stary park daje naturalny cień. Przyzwoite śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Przyzwoicie posprzątane pokoje.

Cons:

Lepsze oznaczenie budynków na poziomie wejścia i wjazdu na teren hotelu. Uprzejmość pracowników recepcji i restauracji. Swoim chłodnym profesjonalizmem dla mnie tworzą wrażenie bardziej niegrzecznych niż pomocnych. Może to strategia pozycjonowania obiektu, ale wolałbym liczyć na czyjeś życzliwe wsparcie niż przerywanie w zadawaniu pytania. Rozumiem, że na start pomyliliśmy recepcję, ale można było to zrobić w bardziej kulturalny sposób, tłumacząc, gdzie mamy iść, a nie mówiąc, że to nie ta recepcja i mamy sobie znaleźć strzałki na terenie obiektu.
